I had not been here in over a year, and I was shocked that the service and staff had changed. From the moment we stepped into the shop, no greeting or welcome, just what service do you want? The nasty attitude and lack of professionalism with the nail technicians is why I WON’T be back. I’m normally a great tipper, but today, I didn’t leave a tip to match the service we received.

The lady that works there does not know what she is doing. Have no nail experience. I asked her repeatedly to fix my nails and she sat there and played in my face and didn't do it. Instead she does a lot of talking to other employees instead of her job, stay away from this place.

the nails they do for a walk in nail salon are amazing. the reason for the 4 stars is because they use fake acrylic. i don’t mind it because it makes the nails last a lot longer (like 2-3 months no fill), but if you break a nail it will be more damaging and there’s a lot of criticism by other nail techs.

I came on a Sunday for just a dip nail, I knewit was going to be a red flag when she told me it was going to be a 10 minute wait when there was only one person ahead of me. I had a really disappointing experience trying to get a dip powder manicure here. From the start, the technician didn’t even attempt to clean my cuticles, which is a basic part of any manicure. To make things worse, they charge extra for every little service that should already be included—like cuticle care. It felt rushed and careless. Save your money and go somewhere that includes the basics without nickel-and-diming you. They were charging me $58 for a basic dip nail with no cuticle clean. Shut this scamming place down !!!

Don't waste your money. I was rushed out and as you see they did a poor job on my feet. Stay away at all cost because you will have to go get your feet redone over again. I would give a -10 if could. It should be call bottom nails.

Never ever never again. Very disappointing. They are terrible. I will never go back. The place was empty and I found out why. Very unfriendly to the point that it was rude and disrespectful. They act as if they don’t want to be there. They even have their price menu attached to two pole that they put between them and the customer so they don’t have to look at you or maybe it so you cant look at them. She didn’t help me pull down my pants leg or put on my sandals. And just like the other reviewer said, it was so rushed, why? I was the ONLY person there. And the icing on the cake, she said I couldn’t use the restroom, she said something about the floor, I couldn’t understand her.
They will never again get a dime from me.

I decided to come her for my birthday set Mee was so rude to me literally didn’t want to listen! It’s a Saturday 3 PM and the shop is empty. If you guys continue to have those nasty attitudes, no one will ever be in this shop.

Top Nail Spa in Cedar Hill Texas is horrible! Their customer service is below standard they're not friendly at all. I asked for a basic pedicure While doing my foot the tech clipped my ankle with the skin scraper and didn't even apologize. Then the Tech didn't removed the dead skin off my heel. Then I asked the tech why didn't she remove the dead skin off my heel? She said the heel is not included with the basic pedicure and I'm thinking the heell is apart of your foot too. Then I had to pay for upgrade just to get the skin off my heels done and she still left a lot of dead skin on my heels. Top Nail Spa does not respect the African Community or our dollars advise any African American do not support Top Nail Spa in Cedar Hill Texas.
