Terrible customer service!
I recently visited this ulta beauty location and unfortunately felt very unwelcome.
As soon as we entered the store the security man following my mom around while looking at colognes employees following us around the entire store.
you guys made my mom , my sister and I felt judged, unwelcome and completely disrespected.
Shopping should never make someone feel this way.
I will not be returning to this location or buying anything from ulta again !

Had a 2pm appointment. Arrived at 1:55 and got checked in. No one came to get me. I went to see what was going on and was told at 215 to wait another 5-10 minutes while she finished someone who came AFTER me! I don't think so! Not when I'm paying for the service!!

Do Not Go to the Salon at Ulta!!!!!!!!!! I have been growing my hair out for 3 years to get my dream color. After going here my hair is ruined. Marie is not a master stylist she lacks all basic skills in bleaching. My hair literally has black blotches in it and orange brassy tone. There are hard line between my natural hair and the bleached hair. If you want your hair done choose anywhere but here.

Terrible customer service. No one offered to help us—we had to flag someone down just to get assistance. The Black woman with an afro who finally helped us completely ignored the fact that we had been there waiting and helped other customers who came in after us. When I finally got her attention, she wasn’t friendly at all. She talked super fast like we were bothering her and made the whole experience uncomfortable.
To make things worse, we were being watched by security the entire time while we looked at perfume and cologne. It felt uncomfortable and targeted. Then when we went to check out, the same woman was standing around chatting with the cashier before finally helping us. We felt unwelcome and disrespected from start to finish. Definitely not satisfied with the service.

The salon ruined my hair. I'm getting married this month, went in with a small section cut at the length I wanted, about 3 inches off my long hair, and now I have choppy, medium length hair - 6+ inches got cut. The stylist even told her manager that it needed fixed more, after I had already left, and that I may need called back in. This was an absolutely horrible experience and I doubt I will ever trust Ulta to touch my hair again. I'm mortified, I just lost 2 years of growth. I went home and cried when I looked in the mirrror, it is so uneven and short!
Support has done nothing over the past 2 weeks to assist with this. What happened to Ulta??

First time at this Ulta. idk how to feel about it. I was very confused when a girl in pjs asked if I was doing alright and if I needed any help. Literally wearing pjs. idk if I was being pranked or if dress code had changed. It seemed like they were stocking since they had carts along the back. I couldn’t even get into the blow dryer section because all the carts stuck in that isle. Certain brands were incredibly low in stock. And all the testers were kinda gross. Dirty, broken, and not in display properly. Bought 2 items and left.
