I bought a fenty beauty eye liner for $ 24.00 in Oct never used it decided to use it yesterday it was dried out I went today to exchange it they wouldn't exchange it I spend money at ultra for all my beauty supplies every time $ 200.00 or more you gone loose a customer over $24.00 really? It's dried out what am I suppose to do with it ? I never used it!!! By Felicia

Stopped by to retrieve my diamond gift of Clinique foundation before it expired. Not enough staff at this location. I needed some help selecting the right color since I am new to makeup. No one tended to the floor, all staff seemed to be at check out and that was three staff. I was able to call up my daughter so she could help me out. No wipes to clean off makeup. The security guard was nice and helped me find at least a mini sponge to use as a wipe cloth. The store was a little cluttered with items in the walkway. The wait in line was less than 10 minutes and the young lady who checked me out was super nice. Overall, I am happy I was able to get my gift before it expired along with a few other things.

Did not have product I wanted nor needed. Online it said Ulta but when I asked for the product they had never heard of it. However your associate did introduce me to Vare Minerals primer, so I will try it. I was very disappointed. THE product is called "Mented".

This location had limited brands. I went to this store because it was closer to my job. However, I still had to travel to the location to my home because they have Mac and Dior.Staff were nice at this location. ?

This was likely my first and last visit. It appears that many of the items I came for were out of stock. Additionally, though I understand the need for security, I felt uncomfortable with security guards consistently staring at me. It seemed like they were following me throughout the store, yet when I needed assistance with a product, no one was available. SMH.

Very organized place first time being in there, prices were reasonable.Only problem I had was when it came to check out. The machine wasn't working correctly. They only had one checkout person and it kind of took a long time to get checked out.

By far the junkiest Ulta!!! This Ulta needs help, it is always junkie, I don’t know who their manager is but they are not managing people or product well at all. Every time I go in this store racks sit in the middle of the aisle and shelves are not stock. It is very hard to find stuff to buy, I’m not surprise they have a loss prevention person in store. It’s not managed well at all.

I really needed help, I looked around the store for an associate. Then I looked up and someone looked my dead in my face only to turn around and ask a different race group how can i help you ? When I asked an associate at the counter what was their name she stated Aphrodite.

Went to this location on the 22nd of December had to get the young man attention in order to get assistance because he was to busy in his phone to acknowledge any customers he was very short with me and proceeded to go back in his phone but when a Hispanic girl and lady came he was very talkative and very helpful so I waited for him to finish helping them I stood in front of the case he proceeded to get back on his phone and text until I asked for help.I only stayed due to my daughter wanted Billie Elish for Christmas so I took the attitude and all for the smile on my kid face but never have I ever experienced someone to be so rude and treated differently due to the color of my skin.Cant say it's the location because I shop there often but I will be informing the manager of the store as well as corporate
