This is my 2nd time leaving a package at this store and it not making it past Arlington Tx. All my items have been stolen first time no insurance and the second time I bought insurance!!!!! Stay away from this place they watch you package your items and steal them!!

I recently visited this UPS Store for a phone drop-off and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience. As it was my first time completing this type of return, I asked for assistance. Instead of providing guidance, the employee seemed confused and made a comment about me “staring at her forehead,” which felt unprofessional and unnecessary. She also appeared unfamiliar with the process, asking if the box had a label rather than offering to check herself. Overall, the interaction was uncomfortable and left me feeling unsupported. I expect a higher level of professionalism and customer service from UPS locations.

USE A DIFFERENT UPS! That’s the best advice I can give you. You pay for faster shipping with guarantees, but if the truck is full, it will keep getting delayed and sit in the store. I created a label in store with the Rep and they packaged it, but tracking shows the label was created and waiting for the package to be dropped off. Makes no sense. Just go somewhere else and save yourself the hassle

I’ve been to a lot of UPS stores for many services and this one is the best in the area. They handle their notary services very professionally. They have sufficient staffing so you are never left waiting. Their team is very friendly and efficient. I drive from Midlothian to go to this location because I know I’ll be able to get the services done I need efficiently. Thanks for the great service!

Kevin, the store manager of this UPS Store is nothing short of amazing. The level of customer service he gave me was off-the-chain! I had a situation, whereas, I mistakeningly, by accident, failed to adequately pack the inside of a $2300 computer that I was shipping to my son, that I had just shipped with this store. I had already left the store so I called and explained my situation, that an $800 GPU would likely be destroyed due to the lack of cpu packing inside the case. Kevin literally took the computer out of it's shipping box for me, took the graphics card out, bubble wrapped it for protection, stuffed the entire inside of the PC case with bubble wrap and literally saved me potentially hundreds of dollars by doing so. What an exquisite gesture of elite customer service! Further, Kevin didn't charge me a dime! All he was interested in was helping me and protecting my son's computer and giving great service. Amazing!
Folks, Kevin and his team are extraordinary and we are so blessed to have them in Cedar Hill. Please stop in and support this location They are the best!
