Been helping my kiddos with their science fair projects for days and I needed to quickly print graphs and other pages to finish! The library wasn't open yet but my trusty UPS Store was! The experts inside were super courteous and very knowledgeable! What a Great Team of young adults working hard at 9am in the morning with pleasant attitudes and giving Top Notch service to the community!

I have had great service at this location until recently. Employee, Kelly Lee, is not a good representation for your business. Horrible customer service and proceeded to argue when I mentioned problem with flyers I had her print. I called back to set the # for customer service to report issue and was given the wrong # by store manager Diane. This location has really gone down.

I have been a loyal customer at this location for approximately 8 years, and up until recently, I have always had positive experiences. However, since the arrival of the new manager, Dianna, my experience has taken a terrible turn.Over the past few months, I have noticed a significant increase in missing packages. Whenever I approach Dianna to inquire about the whereabouts of my packages, she dismissively insists that I must have already picked them up. This is highly frustrating.But this time, it's more than just a few missing items. It is a few days away from Christmas, and my daughter's presents have mysteriously disappeared. This has left me extremely upset and disappointed. What's worse is Dianna's complete lack of empathy and accountability. She seems uninterested in helping me recover the lost items or taking any responsibility for the store's negligence.It is unacceptable that a manager, charged with the responsibility of ensuring excellent customer service, would display such a nonchalant attitude towards her customers' concerns. My daughter's Christmas is now ruined, and Dianna's apathy has pushed me to the point where I have decided to take my business elsewhere.I have been a dedicated customer for numerous years. However, Dianna's incompetence and dismissive behavior have shattered my confidence in this location. I will seek a new place where I can expect a higher level of accountability and care for my belongings.

Today I came in the store. I was mailing a package for someone else. The address was incorrect. Ms Diana came and helped me. She was very nice and professional. Wonderful customer service. Very warm .

Good morning. I just want to say that every time I enter this store everyone is so kind and customer service is awesome. I came in as soon as the store opened. Elysia and Joe were so kind and the service this early was excellent ?. Thank you you both for being so kind.

Went in at almost closing time with some very heavy large Amazon returns, before I unloaded I made sure to ask if it was too late. The young men and women went out of their way to help me get everything sent back, and were friendly in the process. To date I have never had a bad experience at a UPS store!!

HORRIBLE! This location is ran by lazy children apparently at their first job. I do Amazon returns, the kind where you don’t have to package it up, the UPS store is supposed to. NOT THIS LAZY LOCATION. They always tell you they can’t accept the item unless you pack it. They want you to pack ALL of your Amazon returns, even they ones that are approved for drop off NO BOX NO LABEL needed. I hate this store. I don’t use it often I don’t live in Cedar Hill. However twice I’ve gone with an approved no box no label return and they push it back. I wish some secret audit team would investigate their practices and shut this site DOWN. The kids are rude too. It’s awful. Go elsewhere with your Amazon packages.DEAR UPS CORPORATE…

Y’all really need some more friendly faces in there! The young ppl are not smiling and they look like they hate their job! Service isn’t bad, but it’s not a welcoming place at all. I will still give 4 stars but the crew today at the front should be at the back!

I mailed a package on Sunday they did not say to me that packages do not get sent out on Sunday. I paid $20.00 to have it delivered on Monday. No delivery on Monday so I was lied to. Call the store and basically was told oh well it will get there when it gets there. That there is nothing they can do about it. I WILL NEVER SHIP ANYTHING WITH THIS PLACE AGAIN. FEDEX IS 1000 TIMES BETTER .

AVOID THIS LOCATION THEY STEAL!!!Dropped off a package ?. They didn’t scan it. Package went missing. Came back to talk to manager but he acted like there’s was nothing they could do. . Kept coming back and they finally agreed to look at cameras but said they didn’t see when I dropped off package even tho I knew exact time and date. This is the second time this happen in 2023 and the managers don’t care or even offer an apology. Lost $600 this year due to this location. Be careful. Worst ups in America is in cedar hill

Need to recognize that this location got much better than it used to be. Last couple of times i went over, it took me less than a minute and this guys provided a great customer service. ???
