Service here isn’t bad; in person.
I’ve had several packages that have been sent back verses being delivered to the address. This has been a recurring problem- which is the only reason I’m upset.

When I have to go to a post office, I travel extra miles to go to the Cedar Hill location. The employees are always helpful and pleasant.

This usps is WAY better than the one on 711 cedar ridge. The people here are actually friendly and kind, unlike the other location.

lousy experience at the cedar hill tx 75104 post office. only two check out people. after waiting over 30 minutes to drop a package off the attendant decided it was a good time to leave her post. no wonder they have a 2.3 rating out of 5.
elon musk needs to get a hold them.

Came to this PO after receiving terrible service/wasted trip to get photos for a passport at the PO in DeSoto. We received excellent service from Wenda to package/send our passport items. We won’t go back to DeSoto!

We had a great postal worker in the 75054. Now there isn't a permanent person. But there is one particular female worker who is lazy and won't do package pickups. Even though I get notifications that my packages have been picked up. I can't stand lazy people.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST POST OFFICE!!! I have the pleasure of dealing with. Paid over a $100 for 2 boxes to get to Cali and neither one made it on time, plus they were damaged!!! You always have to stand in line when you go to this location. Not enough people working and I blame the whole postal service of course another Government entity that sucks, why is this? Why do most Government agencies suck and don’t have good service….like DMV amongst others! Get it together USPS it’s 2024!!! Absolutely no stars!!

I sent out 5 mother's day cards, all exactly the same with some butterflies inside. 2 delivered, 3 didn't. I took them in to the CH post office and asked the lady if this was enough postage and she said yes and took them all. I don't know which office refused this one but my mother lives right next door and hers delivered. This one returned wanting 3.64 more...seriously. I haven't received the other two back and wonder if I will get them back. Those butterflies are not cheap. Ruined my day because these were something special.
