Can't say enough good things for Brian's customer service. I went in to transfer my 95 year old dad's phone to my account. He helped me to navigate the entire process and stayed with us through the end. And we closed the store. That's how long it took and that's how patient he was. I liked that there was a que at this location that indicated how many people were in front of you. I ended up taking a couple of calls as we waited which was very helpful and efficient.

Hi, I love the customer service at the Cedar Hill location. I went there Tuesday.. They are always kind and answers any questions I have. They make sure I am happy with the results. I appreciate them taking out the time to help me. I thank them all.

I’m extremely frustrated with my experience at the Verizon location in Cedar Hill, TX (145 FM 1382, Suite 100). My business account was ACCESSED FRAUDENTLY, and I was locked out. Despite my name being the sole name on the account, Autumn Dilworth, an employee there, told me changes were made to my account and that she could do nothing further to help me. Now there is a large balance on the account, and I still can’t access anything because my name was removed from all details. However, I’m still responsible for the account under the business EIN. I highly advise caution when dealing with this location.

I gave 1 star bc i had to they deserve 0 stars. The Internet service is TRASH ....... the box constantly stalls I have to keep re unplugging it. I was told services would be free bc of the government program THEY LIED DO NOT BUY VERIZON INTERNET ITS NOT WORTH IT.

Buying a new phone was difficult for me but the Cedar Hill Verizon store did a tremendous job of explaining options and helping me make choices. My salesperson, Autumn, was incredibly patient and helpful, extremely knowledgeable and caring.

Miss Autumn was such a great help! She was very knowledgeable about the products and was able to get me a new phone same day after I cracked my phone earlier that morning. I was able to get in and out with no hassle or pushy sales approach. 10 out of 10 do recommend! Be sure to ask for her when it comes to your electronic needs!

Terrible service. They were answering and hanging up phone on customers while I was in store. They had no interest in assisting once they realized had Verizon already. I drove to the store and didn't get the needed assistance. Glad I won't purchase my additional lines of service from their store. The worst experience in history!

Bryan is the worst person attending customers! I believe he is coming from METRO PCS because they treat customers the same way.
I switched to VERIZON because of their service. I came to ask simple questions about to set up my phone and he didn't know anything! I asked many questions neither one answered.
I'm Hispanic maybe that's why he didn't know anything and didn't want to help me, be aware of that, he act like he doesn't know anything. And I don't think he is in this position and getting pay without any knowledge.
