So I went on the 9th of December. Got the 3 free IPhones when we switched. I was told we will get a 300$ in rewards that we had to claim. Also the supervisor with the dreads, short guy, tells me he has to put something into the computer by the 31st for my bill and it will be $224 still have not been done. Bill still over $500. I go, guy completely ignores me, keep.in mind I already have a Verizon supervisor on the phone. She hear how he totally ignores me. I will never go back or get them ever again. I was told not to go through them and I did anyway, for my kids. Big mistake, switching back, the worst store is Cedar Hill Verizon wireless all because of the manager with the dreads. Horrible customer service and he is a lier

I was pissed when I left this establishment, the Tech that I had wasn't knowledgeable of the products / accessories to say the least, The Tech was courteous as well as unskilled, she lied a few times telling me this, telling me that, and nothing she said held water, Maybe under different circumstances I would have had a more positive outcome, please remember to always be courteous and to not be ego driven, one should also try and seek help and if questions if the task @ hand needs some clarity or how - to - instructions.Caught Red Handed 2023

The Verizon Reps @ the Cedar Hill, Texas location are not to be trusted....Make sure you go over everything before leaving the store and to be on the safe call customer service right away to confirm what the store told you!

Terrible customer service at 2:00 pm this afternoon. Asked to sign in on a non-operating kisock. Asked if I walked in after watching me walk in. Left without switching to Verizon. May not switch now. May try a different store. The SW Ft Worth store staff were excellent. The staff here we're not.

Went there for a sims card for our RV Wi-Fi 360. They were extremely helpful and got us set up in no time. A good group of employees at this location.

Visited this location from out of town. Absolutely horrible! Just ghetto! Placed an order online and the reps were super rude. They cancelled my order at the store and then blamed it on customer care. Called customer care back and found out the store cancelled my order for suspected fraud. Do NOT visit this location. I would give it 0 stars if I could honestly.

I went because my Granddaughter had locked her tablet. I told the store manager after waiting 15 minutes. He did not look at the tablet, just as I needed to buy another one. I went to a store in Dallas and they were able to unlock the tablet for me.

I had a great experience at the Cedar Hill location. Cobey assisted me transferring a line from another source and the entire transaction was quick and smooth. He made sure we understood everything and was incredibly helpful and great to work with.

Customer service is horrible. We waited over an hour to see someone. They help someone that person leaves then the associate goes to back take a break. That was down 3 times. Horrible experience! Time to look for another provider. Unfortunately Verizon y’all are not the only cell providers so cust service is important.
