If I could’ve written this without stars I would’ve because this is just an FYI. Make sure to call before going by as the hours listed on google do not correspond with the clinics actual hours. I went by to pick up medication but didn’t call first got there and they were closed. It was a facepalm moment. I should’ve called first and not trusted the hours listed.

Horrible service! Starting from getting there no one was at reception. Took 10 minutes for someone to just come and get me check in. Appointment was at 2:30 the Dr didn’t check in on us until 3:30. The room assigned to us had no air working. It was extremely hot and I have an English Bulldog. Those are extremely awful conditions to be running a clinic under. As well as unsafe for bulldog owners that cannot have their pets overheated. As well as having pets in hot rooms. When my pet was taken to the back it took them 45 minutes to get her back to me when it usually takes them 15 minutes at the Mansfield Vetco location. The Cedar Hill Vetco location is extremely slow and unprofessional from all the staff to the Doctor as well as unsafe.

The appointment was on time, fast and easy. The vet was very explanatory when talking to me about what she found. I love taking my dog to Petco Petcare.

Last week i took my little dog in and had test on her eyeI had explain about bringing her back in from outside she had only being outside 5 minutes and so I notice one eye half way shut no swelling....I told the doctor that the antibotic i had left over was helping her a lot...But she gave me a different eye meds and she was having more problems with her eye so they gavehad me to buy another prescription and that one did the same causing problems with her eyes now they want me to make appointment to come back again..Why am I being charge for something they did not fix......I am going to a vet that will take care of the problem.....do not like seeing my dog sufferThe staff is great and Doctor polite but I got no relief for my dog....

I came for my very first visit with a veterinarian . The front attendant/cashier was very knowledgeable and friendly. The nurse was courteous and patient. The veterinarian was kind and very helpful with all my questions She helped me to navigate though each and every one.>

I called to schedule the appointments and explained that my senior dogs health is failing. It’s time to start talking about what could happen. He’s almost 17 years old. All I wanted to do is discuss this. When I walk in, the receptionist had paperwork ready for him to be euthanized. I lost it. I can’t even talk about ending his life at this point. It was very emotional for me. Other than the huge miscommunication, the visit went well with both dogs. Dr. Herman was very attentive and gave me suggestions for my senior dog. She took time and explained everything to me.

It was quick and the doctor seemed to do a through job with my dog. I’m a little disappointed that we still can’t go in with our furry friends still, even masked. I understand that some are still trying to be careful but you can require us to wear a mask. I loved that the exam was covered by Vital Care.

Our little one had an allergic reaction and Dr. King prescribed an antihistamine. He’s doing much better. Thank you Dr. King for not only treating our baby boy Kobe, but also taking the time to welcome my husband and I to Texas, a pleasant story and being informative.Joy & Mel N.

What impressed me most of all 2 things: the short time it took to get seen and the amount of information I received from the doctor. She allowed me to ask all the questions I needed to satisfy my uneasiness about my baby. Thank you so much!

Was pretty good in beginning.But twice they have check me and my puppy in a room for our appointment then after sitting said doctor had to leave.Also said I was late when no one was in front to receive us . Had to use rest room came back no one was still out front..Plus they cancelled contract with thrive. Cancelled my pet membership with giving me notice . Still charging me now for two memberships??Not a happy camper.Looking for another reliable vet care. Without all the Shenanigans!! My pet was really miserable that day plus I was going in the hospital the following day as I told them.They just did not care at all.

I don't know what's going on, but y'all really need to hiring someone to come get y'all together. Came in Saturday to get dog food for my new baby and it was pallets of food everywhere couldn't move around with my basket. I was told it would be like that for a few days. I wasn't able to purchase my dog food cause the small bags wasn't out yet still on the pallets. It was giving "Walmart" (a mess) Lol. I'm still going to be back but clean up.
