I had a terrible experience at this DTLR location. I tried to return a pair of Nike pants that I bought from this same store, and the same woman who rang me up refused to do the exchange. Even after her employees said they remembered me buying them, she got loud, rude, and treated me like I was lying.
Instead of helping, she called the police and lied, saying I didn’t buy the pants there — then asked for us to be trespassed so we couldn’t come back. It was humiliating and felt like a case of internalized racism more than anything else.
No real customer service, just pride and disrespect. I’ll never shop here again.

Won a raffle on the Ferrari 14 and the still didn’t sell me the shoe. Saying that all the shipments did not come in. Guy with the grill in his mouth size 7y

Sunday June 1st 2025, attempted to access store and it was closed at 4:50pm. Pathetic store manager, this is the second time my family and I attempted to accesa the store during normal business hours and could not due to incompetence.

So I was looking for my son some shoes for school I purchased a pair they was too little so I returned them couldn’t get a refund they give you so many days so every time I go back they still don’t have his size even at the other locations and online so two days later it’s too late money just wasted….

This is the worst shoe store I ever been to in my life and the employees are unprofessional and rude especially the tall dude with the tats that work at the register and the dark dude with the dreads and the girls that work there dress inappropriate the girls that work there are ghetto and dress like they going to the club this place needs to be shut down asap all the employees there need to be fired.

Went in on Saturday 03/04/23 at 6:30 pm when we entered not one person greeted us they where all laughing at the register laughing and talking playing on their phones. I asked about a True religion shirt the guy didn't even stop playing on his phone to come over and help!!!! Horrible customer service!!!
