Nobody cares about what you go through at this pharmacy. These people need to restaff this place with better and more compassionate people. The customer service answers the phone and I don't know why they don't help with nothing they just transfer you to the pharmacy and let you sit on hold a hour. All these negative reviews are TRUE! The positive reviews are issues that have nothing to do with this pharmacy. If you don't take meds good and pray that you never have to take a antibiotic at any point. If you do. DO NOT get it filled here. These people are RUDE, unprofessional and just LAZY. Face always looking mean. They be ready to tell you they can't fill your prescription for any reason. DO NOT GO HERE. You will be sorry! If BCBS didn't use them I would leave!

In line for an hour to get a something that should have taken 10 minutes to fill. It was antibodies that my doctor called in at 11am. Should be been ready by 12pm they delayed it until 2:54. Understandable with the meal break. Then never got an update. Called about 5pm and someone at a call center answered. Finally put me through to the lady and apologized and said it would be ready in 10 minutes. Waiting in the drive through line for over an hour now. Still waiting.. no one has acknowledged us at all.

I will be changing pharmacies. The rest of the store has great service . I gave the pharmacy this rating . This is the slowest pharmacy I have had to deal with. I have been waiting on a prescriptions since yesterday evening . They don't answer the phone in the office pharmacy. It's always a 30 to 45 minute wait in line . If they are going to be understaff as they say, this pharmacy should close.

I waited over an hour to pick up a prescription I "dropped off" two days earlier. (Stood in line 30 minutes to just drop it off.) This Walgreens is dirty and the employees are lazy.

Seriously 45 minutes and still no answer this place should be embarrassed WAL GREENS SHOULD BE EMBARRASSED update now over an hr in hold with no answer yet wow some one picked up then put back on hold with out letting me say a single word..... update 3 hrs later no help and was hung up on I've waisted 3 hrs of my life I hope your store shuts down or blows up you all deserve it.... on God

I scheduled an appointment to get tested for Covid/flu as I was possibly exposed at work. I scheduled the appointment thinking it was drive thru and it was not. I had no symptoms so I was unsure I was even contagious but the pharmacy staff was extremely careless and made me wait in the waiting area around several elderly people. I explained that I didn't mind waiting but not around others incase I had Covid. I've never seen such a lack of care in regards to a serious virus. I was told my results would be emailed to me in 2-3 hours and it's been over a day and I still have not received my results. I called to check the status of my results and the pharmacy staff was not helpful and basically just said we're busy and to wait. I need these negative results in order to go back to work. The CVS in cedar hill is much better, just go there.

If I could give zero stars for every Walgreens in America I would because all of them are garbage. I have been told my prescription was ready for 2 days and every time I try to pick them up, they tell me oh it's still not ready. The pharmacist is useless. I have been waiting for 4 days. They are unbelievably bad on every level.

I’m starting to think the pharmacist and the pharmacy techs are all stupid. You get there before they close , they have a ridiculously long line , by the time you get to the front they’re closed and they blame the customer. I plan to call corporate everyday until I can’t call anymore . Oh and to make it better , I talked to the store manager who said oh I get complaints on them all the time , call corporate to do something . ALL OF THEM ARE IGNORANT .

Please setup better customer service. Like, answering calls and get refills done in timely manner. Looks like your not properly staffed. I can say that I haven't been treated wrong.

Horrible customer service! DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION! Pharmacy is super slow to fill meds as well \\u0026 don’t get me started with the long slow lines if you go through drive thru: be prepared to be there over an hour

I always receive friendly service here. They usually have what I need. I am not on medication, so I don't have any experience with the pharmacy.

Erica(Cashier) is always so pleasant. She is very helpful and has a positive attitude. This store has a great staff and everyone seems to like their job!

I have been dealing with this pharmacy for many years and normally the service has been great. They constantly change staff and as of recently the customer service and attitude specifically Javier was a bit rude and sarcastic and rude. Most people calling to refill a prescription is not interested in a rude interaction. I hate it because I normally wont even take the time to write a review but it was necessary- There are several pharmacies around the area and I will be changing but please work on your customer service skills !!!!!!!!!
