I would like to give them -5 stars (or at least 0) but it won't let me. This place - by far has the worst pharmacy staff I have ever encountered. Forget trying to over get them on the phone. This is now the second time I have been waiting over 24 hours to get a prescription filled when I am sick...and I am done. Don't use them - EVER. No customer service, no help, no compasion and absolutely zero expediency - and let's not forget that most of the time they do not have the medication to dispense. Fire everyone and start over Walgreens!

I’d give ZERO stars, if I could!! (05/10/25 time: about 11am)
Go somewhere else!! RUDE people at the pharmacy. They send you a message saying your prescription is ready and when you go pick it up…NOPE! Not “ready” yet!! That’s a bunch of BS!!
As for me and my entire family’s medication needs…I’m switching pharmacies!!

This pharmacy is horrible, not sure how its still in business. They NEVER answer the phone. Once they gave my driver's license to another customer, thankfully she realized it and brought it back to the pharmacy.

*Do not, under any circumstances, use this pharmacy.*
Went to pick up a prescription in the late morning, that the ER had sent in the prior evening. The pharmacy tech kept telling me that the prescription wasn't in their system. The Dr. confirmed the prescription had been sent in the prior night and the pharmacy now needed to retrieve it from their end. Tech told me she couldn't do that because there were thirty-two other unprocessed prescriptions that had been sent in by prescribers and were waiting to be processed into the Walgreens system; she couldn't process them out of order. Asked her to at least look and see if the prescription was in the queue of unprocessed prescriptions, she said she would have to look through them one by one manually, and was unwilling or unable to do that. She could not give me an estimated timeline on when the prescriptions would be processed just to determine whether or not the prescription had been received from the ER (let alone when they would be filled). Had the ER transfer the prescription to another area pharmacy and had the prescriptions in hand in under an hour.

Not one to leave many reviews but this pharmacy is horrible, the light skinned black girl with the curly hair…. Attitude is rude!!!!!! She dang near tossed the RX at me. Because I had to come inside because THEY messed up. Smh lol WALGREENS please make their work environment a better place for them so that they can treat customers better.

Do not use this pharmacy. They are unprofessionally slow. I finally ended up moving all of mine to CVS. They can take over a week to fill basic prescriptions will no explanation. Not sure what's going on here but do not use.
