Back again for an edit. Services have gotten a little bit better... However, you guys are still forgetting items and orders and giving wrong orders.Over the years its declined, lots of young folks and very few older personnel in managment now. Not very customer friendly food was recklessly shoved into bag gravy opened and spilled ..they did remakr my order though so i can say it was at best an okay experience.I am editing this 9 months later. Because I decided to give them a try again. Got there, they left out a whole meal. And then some girl comes to the window with an attitude when we told the guy that our food was missing.... Like we messed up on the came to the Window asking " What's the problem" With a very nasty look on her face. You guys better learn now at your young age. That working is a part of life, and if you don't want to be there quit! You guys are the ones who can't get the orders right !!

Left me outside on curb side I even called. Then the guy comes out gives me my food my salad has no chicken I went inside . No one cared not one manager supervisor approached me the cooks arguing that they sure the chicken went on . Horrible experience and was late for my doc appointment what’s the point of curbside ?

This location is always busy, not a problem.. Twice, however, I've had to ask for my second drink. I don't mind waiting, I've done fast food, I get it, but customer service could be a tad better. Food is still good, though :)

Best whataburger located in the area, friendly staff, food is always hot and delicious, order is always correct. There is a little bit of a wait, but trust me it's worth it.

I went to the drive thru to breakfast. I asked for breakfast and sausage bob. The cashier repeated my order back to me perfectly. I received a breakfast burger and sausage biscuit ?. I hope whataburger responds back.

3/7/2023- I've been going to this Whataburger because it is convenient to my drive into the office. I had been noticing some slip ups with my orders from time to time and also not all of the morning service crew having a heart of service. Nonetheless, I gave grace. It is puzzling to me that when ordering coffee how at times they don't think to offer condiments or know the difference between a yellow packet vs a pink. I'm Kosher, I do not eat any meat but I do eat eggs. I ordered 2 Egg Sandwiches with No Cheese and one with Jalapenos. The line was so backed up that instead of driving through, I went in. I was not even greeted until a lady came in and clocked in, maybe a supervisor. When I received my order, I did not think to check it while inside because I'm already rushing and inconvenienced by having to go in. Driving down the road and open my bag...there are two sausage sandwiches. All I kept thinking was what if I didn't look at the sandwich and just bit into it. Omg. I won't be going back. They have to do better. I took my food back and was late going into the office and this was frustrating. They made it right but it should have been right from the beginning.

This had to be the cleanest Whataburger I've been to in a very long time. The service was great. Customers were greeted as they came in. The food was fresh and cooked to perfection.
