I kinda figured it belonged to a person that I was waiting for his parking space. So I waited in front of Sam's building and sure enough he came back. It was a big phone to start with. If it woulda been a woman's phone I would've just investigate who's the owner or SAMS LOST AND FOUND becuz she would've thought she put in her purse and not know for a long while to figure out it's missing. ?”
“I like the repositioning of the pet food and supplies, but apparently there is less room than in the previous location. Unfortunately, this means that several of the "dental" dog chews, like Check-Ups, Bison Bones, and Nubz are no longer carried. Which is a shame as this Costco had carried Check-Ups consistently since I got my dog four years ago, and seldom did not have the Bison Bones or Nubz. Sigh. Off to check Amazon Prime.”
“I visited this store this week looking for a specific item I had purchased here before. Couldn't find it. It had been moved. Found an employee who told me where she thought the product was and basically pointed in the general direction. She was wrong (and lazy.) Then I found Yolanda who was folding clothes in the apparel department. Miss Yolanda stopped what she was doing, led me on a search and found the product for me! Thank you, Yolanda! You did your company proud. I'm hoping Costco management reads this and realizes your value as a five star employee.”
“I love this pharmacy staff!! They go above and beyond and make sure to ask questions about your rx history or if they see anything on your profile, they will make sure that your medication is working okay with you. Not a lot of pharmacies do that, they could care less. They treat everyone with kindness and respect. I take a rx for ADD and the pharmacist made sure to confirm that I also was taking another medication that could probably interact, he asked questions but was not intrusive or offensive about it. Even though he also had questions concerning my rx being a controlled substance, he had to verify a couple of things and he was very kind and respectful about it, he told me exactly why he was asking questions and why he needed to know, and explained exactly what it was that he was needing to do, a lot of pharmacists do not have the bedside manner for this and end up being offensive and/or just plain awkward and uncomfortable and will end up not being honest with you about having to verify information. Pharmacist Skinner was not aggressive or implicating. I realize that they have a job to do and they have a certain oath that must be upheld. They got me my covid tests from my insurance by doing a little bit of extra research, and it was done without asking or without hesitation. Also, we had inclement weather conditions today when I picked up my rx, I mentioned that my daughter had an rx at a different pharmacy chain and that I may not make it because of the icy roads starting to worsen, they called the other pharmacy without hesitating and filled my daughters rx within 30 minutes so I would not have to drive there as well. I was so appreciative of this!!!! They always treat the elderly customers/patients so patiently and with their best interest in mind and they deserve to be recognized!! Keep up the good work guys!!!!!”

“They did a great job with customer service and recommendations. One of the techs recommended a mirror finish that everyone is asking me about. They were patient while dealing with my crazy insurance company. Sam's material for their glasses hold up much better than other places that I've been to. They seem to be very scratch resistant and also great value especially if you're a plus member. The only real thing to know is you may have to be patient when you get there if they're dealing with someone in front of you as it's a small staff. You can likely call ahead but I've never tried.”

“The store is good, but if you use the ladies restroom, I do NOT recommend!!! There are gaps in the stall door frames. Some of the stalls are missing purse hooks. THEY NEED TO FIX THESE ISSUES!!!”
“Whenever you shop at Sam's Club, the best way to avoid the long lines is to install the Sam's Club app and use the Scan and Go within the app. This allows you to scan all of your items and pay for it with your credit card. Say, GOOD BYE to the long lines.”
