“am extremely disappointed with my experience at the Sam’s Club location on Lower Greenville. The store manager, whose name I believe was Chrissy (or Christy), was one of the most rude and dismissive managers I have encountered.
I was attempting to explain a delivery issue involving two separate customers and their orders, but before I could fully explain the situation, she made it clear that she was not interested in listening. Rather than taking a few moments to understand what had happened, she interrupted, dismissed my concerns, and made a decision without having all of the facts.
Because of her actions, my family lost money on the order, and I was prevented from completing the delivery for the customers. The entire situation could have been resolved with basic communication and a willingness to listen.
What was most frustrating was not the issue itself, but the complete lack of professionalism and respect. A manager’s job is to de-escalate situations, listen to concerns, and help find solutions. Instead, I was treated as though my explanation did not matter.
I left feeling frustrated, disrespected, and disappointed. If this is the standard of customer service being provided by management at this location, then Sam’s Club has a serious problem. I expect much better from a company of this size and reputation.
I would strongly encourage corporate leadership to review how customers and delivery drivers are being treated at this store, because my experience was completely unacceptable.

This matter has been fully resolved and was addressed by Farah the Store Manager who is absolutely Amazing in every aspect!!!!

“They received my truck at the north side of the building which faces Denton Dr. The easiest way to back in is face your truck west on Denton Dr and driver side back in, it’s not bad. It did not bend my trailer’s skirts. For those who back into door on Harry Hines which is on the south side, try your best to not climb on the curb or it will mess up your bumper if your bumper is low.”
“We found CKB Products on Salehoo while looking to replace a supplier we had been using for over ten years. I wasn't sure how long it would take to find one as reliable as our previous ones. After using CKB for several months, so far they have delivered. They process and ship products in a timely manner and send the tracking number the same day. Whenever we have a question, they respond right away, especially Greg, who has been more than helpful. We would like to see some additional features on the website, but that's something that takes time to change. So far, they have been a great supplier and drop shipper.”
