“They really stand by their name, my stuffed animals came quickly and looked just like the pictures. Only giving 4 stars because I did not know about the "request a sample" (look at the bottom of the website before ordering! Wish I knew about it) and when I asked if it was possible to retroactively receive one after my order, I never received an answer. Otherwise, very happy with them. I use mine in play therapy with kids and then the kids get to pick one to take home after discharge.”

“I have been going here since 2019 buying drinks for my store; however, earlier this year, they closed for a bit to renovate. I just went and learnt that they no long is A to Z Wholesaler as well as no drinks are sold. Same staff, however. Super friendly all the time in the past and probably the same as new branded wholesaler. Currently, they are only selling cigarette related products for wholesale and few other things. Unfortunately, I will no long be supporting the shop since my store do not sell those products. Wishing the best for them! Ps: the store used to be pretty dirty and restroom looked as if rat would come out HAHA. However, I am hoping and guessing they changed that up when they were remodeling.. PPS: take your tax form and etc (call ahead if you need to bring any forms) to create account with the wholesaler.”

“Shopping Experience - Came in around 5pm/Monday and the inside of the store was not very busy. I was able to enjoy most of my shopping and wandering. This was my first time shopping at Sam's so I compared everything to Costco. I was pleased with some of the options Sam's provided but wish there were some brands and items they sold. - I also received free samples of dishwasher pods which was nice! - The produce lacked quality items as many of the leafy greens and vegetables were expiring in 2 days time. Please provide and stock quality items for shoppers! - The member services staff can do a better job acknowledging and helping customers as I stood there for 10 min while employees were chatting. This was my first time walking in to shop here, and I would have gladly walked out and spent my money elsewhere. Check out Experience - After waiting in line, an employee walked up to me to expedite my check out experience. It was my first time shopping at Sam's club and she helped me check out, save $10 on my order, and provided me with a physical membership card. I was pleasant with this part of my experience Parking Lot - The lot is a hot mess and reckless drivers. Do be careful and cautious as people don't have a problem scratching and hitting your vehicle. Gas Station - I think the costs were relative to the loval gas stations so I didn't see much savings while buying regukar gas. However, it is convenient knowing there is a gas station nearby!”

“Excellent customer service. When leaving, the young lady counted over & over. Turns out, I'd mistakenly been charged twice for an item. She called the manager, Greg, over to assist me. I appreciated both of their attentiveness. The only downside is the location of this store's registers. There end up being two long lines that make it difficult to feed into the registers in the middle. This location would be better served if it followed the layout of other stores.”
