Very unprofessional staff. I was shopping with my children in self checkout (right in front of the bank) and loss prevention i believe ( guy with mid back ombré locks and white t shirt) was chatting with the banking staff, snickering, commenting and laughing. Maybe if they weren’t busy people watching, they’d be able to open more accounts and stay busy. For a while i ignored it, but it made me feel very uncomfortable as I continued to checkout. I wouldn’t dare trust these people with my money.

Having banked at several branches around the state, I can whole heartedly say that this Cedar Hill Location is not representative of the organization as a whole. In fact most locations I've gone to has such stellar service that it just highlights how bad service in Cedar Hill is, and it's a top down issue. There are only two people employed at this location that seem interested in client experience. It's the only location where the phone will NEVER be answered. Unfortunately for me it's the only reasonable location in proximity to me. I may go through the headache of having to change all my subscriptions, memberships, payment processors etc to a new bank.

Went into the bank on Sep 21st to deposit a check to my account not only did I not get greeted but waited over 20 mins in line mind looking at 3 tellers who didn’t ask me anything not once and I was the only person in line the customer service was beyond horrible and it been for the last 2 times I been here the tellers that are more professional which was Ms Buster that I love I wish I knew the days she worked so I wouldn’t have to endure those rude people anymore #WoodForest Bank Cedarhill # Disappointed customer

They claim they changed their hours even though it’s not advertised anywhere and they still had workers there 2 hours after their hours changed. Horrible customer service (9/2).

Worst possible business excuse for a financial institution. Closed my account in person, told clerk the balance he reported was too low. He would not research it. Had to call home office, they agreed with my figure, told Cedar Hill branch tp send me check for the remaining amount. Over a month now, lots of excuses, two “checks in the mail” still no check. Next step for me is the Texas Department of Banking.

The customer may be wonderful at this bank but the service is awful. 6 months ago I deposited a 3,000 chase check into my acct and it took over 2 weeks for it to clear. 2 weeks ago I applied for a 1,500 loan and was approved instantly and the funds are still not available. I'm not sure why this business functions like this but it's awful business. I will be closing this account. The only perk is it's open on Sundays.
