We had the best experience this morning at the Zales Outlet in Cedar Hill, Texas. Karissa Lang was our salesperson. I went in just looking for a ring to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. I knew I wanted diamond stackable wedding bands.
She was so helpful, patient and kind. This was the first place we started looking. It also was the last! She looked at the picture I brought in and we played with rings till she helped me make it perfect. Not rushed or pressured, just helping make it the perfect blend of 4 rings for my hand.
In this new world of on- line everything, thank you for still having stores to come in and shop. Thank you also for having an employee like Karessa. I look forward to seeing her every 6 months for my rings check-up. And maybe some other bling I might not now I need yet!

Went to pick up my necklace at 5:45. The doors were locked although they didn't close until 6. The lady yelled through the window that they wre shutting down and closed. I explained I was just picking up a repair, and was ignored. The necklace had been ready for over a month and no one called to let me know it was ready. Poor customer service and rude.

This place has poor customer service I went in about 10:30 am June 19,2025 trying to get a ring sized that I purchased for my husband it was 3 employees and 3 customers 1 employee worked in the back so that left a black lady and a white man working the black lady was helping a customer and the white man was also but his customer left and I had been standing waiting to be helped for around 5-8 minutes the man walked around several times went to the back came back to the front and never once acknowledged me or tried to help me so I waited a few more minutes he still does not have a customer and not once tried to help me in any way so I left it is sad people spend their money with these companies and their customer service is trash I wish I could refund this purchase and take my money elsewhere

Mrs. Lou (from Louisiana) is the BEST! She knows EVERYTHING!!! She listens to you and will work with your price range. She is my GO TO from now on. If you are looking for a new piece, trying to update a piece or even trade up.. SHE HAS GOT YOU!! Go see her NOW! Everyone in the store was very nice and welcoming. This has always been my favorite store.. but Mrs. Lou MAKES IT EVEN BETTER!

Mrs. Lou, was amazing! I'm not one to usually leave a review, but she and this Zales outlet location deserves it. From the moment we entered the store the whole staff welcomed us and Mrs. Lou helped us in our purchase of a gold chain. We had our 4 year old son with us and her interaction with him was the sweetest. We felt like family and not just another customer. The conversation came easily, she was patient with us, and helped us find something within the budget we wanted to stay in. Thank you Mrs. Lou!
