I tried around 1:20 ish to buy something the lady was yelling at someone. Try again at 4 the doors are locked. I thought this was suppose to be 24 hour.

Beware of them overcharging you!! Mistakes happen, but this appears to be deliberate fraud. The cashier in the store deliberately hides from you what they are ringing up at the register. The price of items scanned at the cash register do NOT appear on the register or credit card reader. I had to ask them, after I swiped my credit card, what they had just charged me. It was 24% over the price listed on the shelf. I caught the cashier in a lie, and made him refund me the overcharge.
Of course, 24% of a $5 fraudulently marked up item may seem insignificant, until you understand profit margins and the fact that this likely goes undetected by most customers. I will try them once more and see if they try to pull of the same criminal activity.

Made me wait in a long line, too not service me until finishing the rest of the long line.
Waited there 25-35 minutes, just for her too tell me they didn’t even have any pizza.
Could have checked before making me wait and get starred at by others waiting

Rude, ignorant, beverage selection is the worst I've seen.Can't give correct change, ripping people off a few cents on EVERY transaction, every day.

I bought a tire inflator spray from here which was defective. Ended up spraying everywhere but through the tube into the tire. I took it back into the 7-Eleven and asked the person behind the counter for a new one I did not want my money back I just needed to get home with my tire inflated somewhat so I can put a spare on it. The guy behind the counter was very rude and did not want to help at all. I will be reaching out to corporate for this as well, whoever the owner is needs to fire this guy. Worst people working here. I'm posting receipt for proof of purchase and the timing, so it could be taken care of by management and will be reporting this to corporate as well.

The new middle aged guy working there likes to ridicule the customer for certain products they buy!! I guess he is trying to get the customer to spend their money elsewhere, not sure if this is the message 7-11 wants to send to their customers but I heard it loud and clear today!! BYE!!

Man this lady's rude. She told the guy in front of me to have a nice day and went back to her phone before even handing him his stuff. Left him sitting there waiting for her to realize she hadn't finished her job yet.Meanwhile I'm in line with two people behind me and she's rushing everyone through. Saying "have a nice day" with a tone that actually says "screw off" is real professional.

I am reviewing this for a friend who work for DoorDash for extra cash, so she got the offer from 7/11 because she was just right there at the time, she went inside for pickup but the order is not ready (already late) so she went out and wait another 7 minutes and back inside ask this lady if it's ready, she screamed at her and asked her to go away! She mad at my friend because she can't make it in time. This lady is the main lady who works here, how can she acted too trashy instead of saying sorry but screaming and took the order bag away. My friend really upset and she couldn't believe this old lady acting or treating people like the way she did. She should stay home if she can't do multiple task (as 7/11 required all employees must fill up the orders from delivery companies and work as a cashier). Can't believe it!

The guy at night works a shitton of hours and is kind of weird. This particular store is close to my house but I prefer QT in every possible way.
