Great experience. Manager Jackson was a great resource of knowledge reviewed our cars issues at no cost and gave us his honest opinion for our situation and discussed pros and cons of it all. Still haven't decided if we are getting the work done or just getting a new car but definitely appreciate the information that we have now so we can make a more informed decision. If we do the work it will be done here

I was really impressed with the knowledge, skill, and honesty from Jackson the manager and Leo, the mechanic. They told me what I needed and suggested I take it to the dealership to get worked on as it should be covered under warranty. They even offered to talk to the dealership and go over exactly what they found. Very impressive and they made a fan for life.

Took my daughters car in for some issues with her transmission. Jackson was very friendly and knowledgeable. Tech did a great job and even fixed the broken motor mount. Kudos!! Thanks bunches!!

A+ Transmission in Cedar Park was amazing!!!! I brought my '88 Toyota truck there for a transmission rebuild.They cared as much about my old truck as I do. I couldn't be happier. All the guys are very friendly, professional and skilled. Thanks again guys - Scott, Benji, and Jason (sp?) the incredibly skilled transmission builder. You guys are the best!!!

After supposedly having my transmission filter and pan fluid changed with A Plus recommended additive added, my transmission started running much hotter with a constant burning smell. GM states for 10 speed Allison: do not add any additional aftermarket additives as GM specifically states to only use the designated Dexron ULV fluid. I contacted A Plus multiple times with these new issues after they "serviced" my transmission and had to pay another company over $700 to flush their snake oil out. They then stopped taking my calls, ignored my voicemails and emails and repeatedly lied about stating the owner would contact me to resolve the issue even after providing the $700+ receipt I had to pay for their screw up.

I was very happy with A Plus Transmission of Cedar Park. The service shop was busy, but the manager fit my car in for replacement of new automatic transmission fluid. My car transmission works great, and I would be happy to come here again.
