REDEMPTION!!!! Stella got her groove back! These guys pulled through again!!! Got my tires and a complimentary oil change!!! I would only give them one piece of advice… Better time management and transparent communication!!! Those things will take you far in the industry, because y’all already HAVE the MECHANICAL SKILLS!!! The entire experience I’ve had has been nothing but stellar. From the moment I walked in the door distraught over my failing transmission, Emilio immediately took care of me. His communication, honesty, and customer service during the entire process has exceeded my expectations. I have had nothing but an overwhelmingly positive experience. He deserves 10 stars! I highly recommend them to anyone who needs repairs on their vehicle!

I used them in the past for transmission work on a different vehicle and I was expecting the same amazing service this go around. Everything started great! Emilio was able to have my truck picked up from my house so they could start work, which was amazing! After it being there for a few days I called to get an update and Emilio said I should have heard from my warranty company about what’s wrong - red flag number one (why didn’t HE call me). I was then told by Emilio that the warranty company would only approve a USED motor with 80k miles on it. Mine was toast at 140k for known issues so that wasn’t ok. I called the warranty company and was told they didn’t care if it was used, remanufactured or new!!! At this point I knew I was lied to (red flag number 2)… when I confronted Emilio he stumbled on his words and said he would quote a different engine for me. After agreeing to the new terms and going with a remanufactured engine a few days later it was time to pick up my truck. When we picked up my truck it was completely ransacked and things were missing!! I brought this to Emilio’s attention and things escalated very quickly and he was being very unprofessional and aggressive. I asked if the general manager or owner could reach out to me regarding everything and I haven’t heard a word from them since and it’s been over a month.
It’s a shame because I absolutely loved the service I received here years ago. Once I find a business that takes care of me, I’m a life long customer. I hope they don’t treat everyone this way! Save yourself the trouble and find a different shop for the work.

Took my 2015 Nissan Altima to AAMCO for a diagnostic and other services and it was a fantastic experience! Friendly staff, quick service, and my car runs perfectly. Highly recommend! Will definitely return. Thanks

I went through a few different mechanics and my car was still not fixed. Then I met Emilio and I brought my car to AAMCO. They were able to fix my vehicle! Great customer service and communication skills.

John (and John) are AAMCO were the best! They were honest, trustworthy, and did not try to do expensive repairs on a car that was not worth fixing. They both sat with me and discussed reliable options for a new vehicle and helped me come up with a list of options for when I go car shopping. I recommend this repair shop and will continue to use them!

Charged $1000 and did not repair the car successfully, although they promised to. Completely incompetent. They basically charged for trying.
