This was our 2nd time using their service. The service technicians and customer service were amazing!
The technician called when he was headed our way as promised. The guys were both friendly and efficient. They even rolled up my hose that had been all over my yard before they arrived. I will definitely use their service again!

Horrible customer service. They came out to my client's property 2 hours later than their appt and said they couldn't get up the driveway with their truck. The person I spoke to looked up the address with the arial view and said they could do the job. Since they couldn't, they charged my client $347.50 for a service fee without disclosing the fee in the first place. The total job was $695. They refused to refund his money. I highly recommend using Hill Country Engineering instead!

I'll tell you what I know. Robert is passionate about the quality of the job and the impact on the community. If a mistake is ever made, he's humble enough to own it and do whatever is necessary to make it right. He changed my perspective today.

They might be good but WILDLY expensive. Told me it would be $695 for 30 minutes of pumping, after that you get charged more. They also tacked on $150 weekend fee. Obviously I did not hire them and got the same job done for $375.

I wanted to try a new service provider, so I called All Cen Tex based on what I saw online. The website says open 24 hours. Not true. I left a voice message and never got a call back. I'm glad it wasn't an emergency. Maybe someone dropped the ball and this is not how they do business usually. Easy enough to move to the next provider.

I've been using All Cen Tex since my late husband and I moved to Lago Vista in 1996. Always very reliable service and very professional. One thing I'd like to note is that they've increased their septic pumping prices from $500 to $695. I recommended my neighbor to them. 2 years ago she only paid $500. I'm in by no means complaining, I just think it's a dramatic increase. Our technician, Josef, that came out is totally fantastic! He gave us a lot of good advice! He also gave us a great contact for a plumber that he knows and trusts, since All Cen Tex doesn't do plumbing work. I'm so impressed by this company! Highly recommended

They are AMAZING! Helped my family in a major time of need! Our septic was backing up and they came out the very next morning to pump and deploy out lines and septic tank! Great people and absolutely loved the service provided! Thank you All CenTex!

Great experience when my septic system had a pump issue. Very helpful office staff was able to send a technician the next morning to pump/diagnose the issue. Needed a new pump which the tech had in his truck. Installed and made some recommendations to keep things moving. Hired to pump and inspect an old gravity fed septic tank at my house. Great experience all the way through. Booking over the phone was simple. Service technician Joe arrived as expected and did a very professional job and provided good recommendations to keep the system working. Will certainly call on again.

It has been a very long time that I have had such a great company service my home. The work was exceptional and attention paid to detail. I am very glad I found someone reliable and competent to maintain the septic system. I will be calling Cen Tex again.

Just really half-butt service. Charged me to drain our tank, and then mentioned the obvious problem only when they came out the second time to drain it again, two weeks later. I found a more reputable company to make the repairs and will not be using these guys again.

Liza - At All Centex Septic was absolutely amazing and we weren't even a customer! We called with a septic system backing up and she walked us thru how to troubleshoot late on a Thursday at 8pm. Not only did she answer 1 call, we called back and missed her but she continued and called us back minutes later. I will be an All Centex lifer whenever septic needs arise. Liza thank you so much, All Centex be thankful you have a superstar working your customer service!
