DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS GYM. We moved to a different city and no longer have access to it. However after repeated calls and emails requesting to cancel the membership, we have gotten no response. We now have to arrange a trip back to Cedar Park JUST TO CANCEL.

Make sure you record your membership cancellation call, or they will keep charging you for months and claim you never cancelled. Even with proof of the date you called them. Wish I used a credit card for my membership so I could charge back but now I'm out $90

All in all, I enjoy this gym. It has great equipment that arenāt at the other local Anytime Fitnessās. The only caveat I have is that this gym doesnāt seem to be as clean as others. Iāve gone to this franchise all over the state and this one seems to not have cleaning cloths, spray bottles with disinfectant solution and towels, etc. to wipe down the equipment after use adequately stocked. The Leander location always has cleaning items available, but it seems that this location has fallen short on multiple occasions which is why they are receiving a lower than desired rating.

Nice gym! Lots of cable machines and everything you need including a functional area. 24hr access means you can go on your own schedule and avoid crowds

The best gym in cedar park for your buck. If you are ultra rich, don't let me stop you from going to the $200-300/month fancy gyms. I used to go to those fancy ones in California but then I wanted to downsize my expenses and found this gem 6 months ago. There's no "salesperson" in this gym. Erik signed me up, he's one of the trainers there. No hidden charges, straight forward easy to understand monthly options. Very empathetic guy who's always around to say hi to everyone with positive vibes. I tried Erik and Tiffany (very professional), both good trainers. Most members are chill people (quiet and respectful. Occasionally you get a few loud or awkward ones but 90% of the people are respectful. I'm a woman of color and I feel safe going to this gym day and night). They offer free once a month personal training which I found is such cherry on the top. They do have a one year mandate contract thing but due to super low monthly fee , a whole year is not a lot either. Gym is never too packed and very clean
. The owners and trainers are good listeners and take feedback very well too. I recommend this gym.

"Anytime Fitness is a disappointment when it comes to their customer service. The staff is rarely available, and when they are, they seem disinterested and unhelpful. I've had issues with my membership, such as incorrect billing, and it has been a nightmare trying to get it resolved. The front desk is often unattended, and the response time to emails or phone calls is abysmal. It's frustrating to feel ignored and undervalued as a paying member. If you're looking for a gym with good customer service, I would suggest looking elsewhere."
