Don’t waste your money and time by working with this business. I worked once in 2025 and never returning.
Arun Mago is unprofessional and non responsive once payment was made for the services.

He is the worst CPA whom I have worked with. There is no proper communication on the tax filing status even though we paid his fee which is very high, he didn’t responded to our emails and phone calls. Now the tax deadline is passed and he didn’t filed our taxes nor applied extension. Absolutely the worst ethics and unprofessional!

Arun is so great to work with! Very thorough, efficient, and clear with what is to be done for our complicated taxes and LLC. My husband and I have been very happy with his services, and have since filed our last 2 year taxes with him. We plan to continue to file taxes with him for years to come. Highly recommend to family and friends.

my experience with this person was last year. I dont remember putting a review. Initially it was progressing well but there reached a point where i kept calling them for specific tax situations and there were very delayed responses. When i finally got hold of them his assistant got upset when i asked him the status . I got a threatening email saying my attitude was not right as though i work for this guy .. he seemed to forget i was his customer. There was also a threat saying he will not encourage negative reviews in google. FOS is a constitutional right for every person and you cannot infringe on that. respect the culture of the land.

He takes the time to get all the proper information, he asks questions to clarify areas that are unclear, and he delivers quality work at a fair price. I have referred several business associates over the years as well and we all agree, Arun is great.

I tend to go in detail on all items and Arun has been patient and answered all my questions. He helped me open up multiple LLCs and does taxes for all those. The price is unbeatable.
I recently had him look at my personal taxes and realized how bad HR block and Turbotax were compared to Arun's. They missed a bunch of details and most importantly missed eligible refunds. He did go in more detail especially itmizations and now I am filing amendments for taxes done through Turbotax and HR block.

We found Arun about 5 years ago and have been absolutely happy with his services. We've had other CPAs in the past resulting in negative experiences but Arun changes all of that.
