I had a great experience at Aspen Dental. They spent good time explaining different options and also discussed cost effective solution. I felt they were really interested in what I want and didn’t try to push only services they provide. I truly had a great experience.

I recently had an unfortunate experience with Aspen Dental, and I feel compelled to share my feedback. It's important for potential patients to be aware of their experiences and make informed decisions when choosing a dental provider. Run, don't walk.First and foremost, I cannot recommend Aspen Dental due to their lack of transparent billing. As a patient, I believe it is crucial to have a clear understanding of the costs associated with dental treatments. Unfortunately, Aspen Dental fell short in this regard. The billing process was confusing and left me feeling unsure about the final costs of my treatment. I believe transparency is vital in any healthcare service, and it was sorely lacking here. Moreover, the front staff at Aspen Dental were less than welcoming. They often came across as snappy and condescending. This can create a hostile and uncomfortable atmosphere for patients who are already anxious about visiting the dentist. A warm and respectful front desk staff is essential for any healthcare facility, and Aspen Dental failed to meet this standard.Another significant issue I encountered was the difficulty in scheduling an appointment. It felt like a constant struggle to secure a time slot that worked for me. A dental practice should be accommodating and considerate of its patients' schedules. Unfortunately, my experience with Aspen Dental in this regard was frustrating and disappointing. To make matters worse, I found the entire team to be dismissive and unprofessional. My concerns and questions were often brushed aside, and it seemed like they were more interested in rushing through appointments than in providing quality care. This dismissive attitude only added to my frustration and discomfort during my visits. In summary, my experience with Aspen Dental left much to be desired. I strongly advise potential patients to carefully consider their options before choosing this dental provider. Transparent billing, a courteous and welcoming front desk staff, easy appointment scheduling, and professional, attentive care are all essential elements of a positive dental experience, and Aspen Dental fell short in each of these areas during my time with them.

Everyone was very friendly and provided a comfortable environment. My husband and I were able to make appointments within a day and they worked with our insurance ahead of services. The Hygienist, Su-jin, was great and Dr. Autumn Castillo provided evaluation and practical approach care (no upselling like some dentists).

I had an incredible experience. Very professional staff, both administrative and dentists. Dr Autumn Castillo and team are excellent. They made my dentures procedure much easier than I expected. I recommend this place.

I hate dentists. It’s always been a horrific experience… until today. The compassion and kindness I experienced today made a difficult decision much easier. Their knowledge and expertise also helped in the decision making. More dentists and dental hygienist should be like the wonderful people I met with today. It would make going to the dreaded dentist a lot less dreaded.

Called to see if they took my job's insurance they said they would check. I got there and they didnt accept HMO only PPO seems no one takes DMO/HMO. They were upfront about the cost and they did a great job on what i needed to have done. I would love to have them as my primary dentist but i have to wait until next year I have to get switched over to PPO.

I really liked this place versus where I have been previously. The staff is really nice and helpful. The dentist was very thorough and answered all my questions. I recommend them to anyone.

Outstanding administrative incompetence that I would avoid at all costs. The dental services were fair, but there is no way they can carry all the weight with such a lack of professionalism in the office. We should have left after the first experience, but the Dr was good, and so was the tech (otherwise I would give 0 stars). We only decided to go there because it was close to home and our insurance was expiring soon, so they booked us without issue, which made it convenient. I regret not leaving after the first visit because it took 4 months to resolve a billing issue that nearly went into collections, which was a mistake on their part in the charging. I will not go into all the details of our experiences but We returned to complete the procedure that we started. The dental care was fine as I mentioned but, unfortunately, its completely overshadowed by the lack of professionalism in the admin and the unwillingness or interest to provide common customer service skills. We spent endless time following up with things that should have been brought to our attention but weren't. Our calls and emails were repeatedly not answered, even when they had no patients in the office. Finally, we are glad to leave today after receiving a digital copy of our X-rays which only came a month after submitting an authorization form that was supposed to take 5-10 business days to process. 4 weeks later: Two phone calls,2 emails and an in-office visit asking for them even did not resolve this and they act as if noth happene and they nearly never reply. Yesterday they finally send the X-rays to us by email after going there to follow up but when received half of them were missing. I responded by asking them to send the complete file which they responded with the missing half without acknowledgement or an explanation or a word to take responsibility for their mistake.Although, it is to be expected from service industries that are centralized and run by equity funds by streamlining systems to increase efficacies and profits, which Aspen seems to be. At least hire trained professionals or you overstep the point of diminishing returns as this place has. Also, to be expected, equity firms do not care about the service they provide, they only look after their bottom line, so, it is advantageous to hire unskilled labor and provide a false image by hiring an online monitor. We will Avoid Aspen Dental and tell everyone to as well. Now we will take the time to find a family-run dental office that still operates according to the values of providing clients a service that they care about and stand behind.Don't bother providing a false image of having customer service by responding to their reviews, as if will be considered for improvement by management. You are an online content moderator hired to respond, if not then respond to emails and the phone when it rings as if you're a manager who cares. A complete farce.

I can't for the life of me remember the name of the dentist who worked on me but last year I went here to get a replacement set of upper dentures and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Everyone there was so helpful and getting me anything I needed from quotes on pricing of the different levels of dentures that they offer and dental implants as well. I was able to get financing to help but they also will find you financing if you cannot come up with it on your own. They're top of the line dentures are absolutely amazing and they come with a 7-year warranty. My previous dentures that I had got about 4 years before that we're just temporary dentures that I found out. I was never told about that when I got them and they were from a different place that is now out of business shockingly. Everyone at Aspen goes above and Beyond what I had expected before I walked in. I've been having dental problems ever since I was a very young child so I kind of know when I walk into a place what's right and what's wrong and these people at the Cedar Park location just amaze me. I'll never recommend anybody else for dentures or implants that's for sure.

Myself and my wife booked an appointment for dental cleaning but instead of cleaning the tooth they took X-rays & 3D images for no reason and the worst part is they did not clean the tooth and sent us back home…. Main moto of setting up this clinic is to mint money from the patients by doing unwanted services….. I strictly don’t recommend this place

First time returning to Aspen after 5 years ( initial location Tampa Fl) needless to say one of the things the have in common is misinformation. Dentist tells you one thing, Dental asst. tells you something else and finally the person handling payments and costs of treatment plans seems left out of the loop.Everyone at the Cedar Park location was friendly, wait was minimal and the dentist made sure I was comfortable. However the information you provide to patients is not clear across the board.Prior to my extraction the assistant advised the doctor would send a prescription for Ibuprofen and Tylenol 3 as they’re descent pain meds and not addictive. That works for me as I do not keep ibuprofen in the house, at least not for myself. After the extraction the dentist instructed me to keep gauze on the extraction and take ibuprofen and Tylenol. I guess I shouldn’t have assumed she’d be sending a prescription based on her colleagues instructions. I could’ve picked up Ibuprofen on my way home as opposed to waiting on a script that was never coming. The office manager or person who handles payments for treatment plans provided me with one option that did not take into consideration the 2 different options as provided by the dentist. I had to explain that the options she’s giving me do not align with the 2 options I discussed with the dentist. Literally didn’t feel like it was my place to tell her everything that the dentist advised me was needed, I figured that should have been the dentist’s job since she’s the expert. The treatment plan was not itemized dental work is expensive, you should at least breakdown the cost for all work that is needed, not just a total. People need to knowEverything that is included in the pricing as to not be taken advantage of or overcharged.Nice people, not 100% efficient.
