This facility is WONDERFUL!! I have had back pain for 6 years and have done PT twice previously at different PT companies. This is the first time I have felt an decrease in pain. The atmosphere is very positive and even on my worst day makes me happy. Every physical therapist adds to the positive environment. I was apprehensive at first to have a different physical therapist some of the time but they all are exceptional. The young man with glasses is excellent at helping me with form and how an exercise is done. They really listen to the issues each time and address ways to decrease the pain. I am very happy with the care and progress I have seen in pain management.

I’d like to thank Chris, Thomas and Will for doing such a great job and having such good customer service and helping patients like me get back to our day to day routine. The staff always great you by name as you enter into the building. Thank you to the whole entire team at ATI Cedar Park location

Everyone is very nice. The one-on-one relationship is wonderful. Attention is paid to what you need and they listen when you talk. I am very pleased with the care and the people.

Their physical therapists were great but their billing practices are criminal. It's strange because seemingly similar activities cost more?? One visit will $450 the next $200, it's crazy. Then they sent me a bill in December to be paid, due date was the 28th. They sent it to collections on the 21st of December, 7 days before it was due! Really lame!!! I would never recommend them no matter how good they therapists are.

The people there are very nice.I had Chris this last time, and her is an excellent teacher.I told the lady at the front desk that my name is Debra and not Deborah. She said that she would correct it, but she did not.

I love this place plus I also work here. All of our therapists are awesome. I would highly recommend ATI for your physical therapy... I'm also a patient and they are just incredible.... ❤️?

If you enjoy being ignored and lied to, ATI is the place for you! I was told that my first appointment would be a FREE complimentary evaluation on MULTIPLE occasions yet they submitted it to my insurance then billed me $35 for it. There were 2 physical therapists working on the day of my appointment who were both going back and forth between several patients and having conversations with other people during my evaluation, so don't expect to get any privacy or one-on-one time here. On top of it, the receptionist got my information wrong (name, address, etc), and when I called to cancel my next appointment she said "hope you feel better" despite the fact that I said I was called into work (not sick). These people don't listen to you and are obviously only in it for the money. I wouldn't recommend ATI to anyone.

ATI is a great place to go for physical therapy.After the cast, I was still scared to walk with the fractured leg. But now after some few sessions, I fill more confident and far better. Thanks to Katie and Thomas for your professional and hard work.
