The customer service at this location is extremely unprofessional. I was set up to have business internet installed and a month and half later still nothing. I called to resolve this with the manager Amber as she was the one who helped set this up, and she kept telling her employees that she was busy and couldn’t take my call and then the customer service lady at the store I spoke to hung up the phone.
I had to call and speak to someone else with AT&T that was extremely helpful and able to resolve all of the lingering issues that were created in the store. While I was on the phone with this new representative Amber called me, and I explained to her I would need to call her back, and asked for a good time to return her call and her response was I can’t give you a time I’m busy and I’m the only manager at the store, so I asked her when she could call me back and again she said the same thing. The other representative I was on the phone with for already an hour was finishing up with resolving the issues, so I wasn’t going to end that call to take Amber’s call after being hung up by one of her employees earlier.
After finishing my call, I called the store at least 4 times and no one answered the phone (see attached photo of calls made). I finally called back and someone answered the phone at this point I didn’t want to deal with the store or store manager I called asking for a regional managers contact information a name or number whichever, and I was told that they didn’t have anyone above them because they are short staffed. This could be the case but still the level of in person customer service overall was extremely unprofessional. Keep in mind when I visited the store originally in May I spent a total of 8 hours over the course of 2 days trying to get both wireless and internet service, which I thought was extremely long.
My advice is go to another location as you will have a long wait, and you probably will have something messed up with one of their services. Amber seemed to make excuses instead of creating solutions. I’ve worked in customer as a manager and I would never tell a customer via in store or on the phone that I’m busy and can’t talk especially when they have been expecting service for over a month and still nothing. Overall the experience was unacceptable and will not recommend them at all for an in store visit.

Ashley was a great help at the AT&T store in Cedar Park. We waited a very short time and she took care of my problem efficiently and quickly. When I have another problem with my phone I'll ask for her. She did a great job!

Zachary was well informed and professional.
He helped me immediately upon entering the store. There were a few minor sub issues that needed to be resolved before the main issue could be handled and he helped advise me and the plan owner through it. I am very satisfied with the direction he pointed me in for the replacement of my old broken phone. He also recommended a new internet plan for the owner of my phone plan that is a lot better deal than her old one.
5 star service. People like Zachary are why I greatly appreciate being an AT&T customer.

Nick from the Cedar Park location was very helpful in a very stressful situation we were in trying to get a new phone and he went over all possible options to help us get the best deal! Highly recommend him! :)

We were communicated by the Sales that (1) there is no installation fee without condition AND (2) the internet is available next day. Neither of them is true. We were charged at $99 installation fee and waited for 6 days to have the internet. Sales team: let me know if you think cheating with customer is against the law?!

I received outstanding customer service today from Nick at the AT&T store in Cedar Park on Whitestone Boulevard at 1890 Ranch. He went out of his way to be kind and courteous and extremely helpful and truly made me feel like a valued customer. I can’t say enough good things about, my experience and highly recommend Nick and AT&T for great service.

The sales consultant was extremely rude to my wife. She came in to exchange a screen protector that we had purchased at the AT&T store and we were told at the time that it had a lifetime warranty which was supposed to be on file. When the consultant looked it up, he told my wife that they shouldn't have sold that screen to us and they were not going to honor the warranty. He then proceeded to make her take the screen protector off herself and when she was unable to do so, he grabbed the phone from her, removed the screen protector and begrudgingly put the new one on. He treated her very disrespectfully throughout the entire encounter and at this point we're going to be looking around for a new cellular service carrier.

I walked in on 6/13/24 at the Whitestone, cedar park location for help with a somewhat confusing billing & account question, and JOEY was amazing! I’m assuming they work on commission and he wasn’t going to make anything with my time, but he couldn’t have been more polite and helpful for almost 2 hrs! It is very rare these days to get good, much less great customer service these days, so I really appreciated it him going above and beyond!
