The team at this AutoZone was kool, the manager was cracking some funny jokes as we were being helped by his co-worked Daniel. My girlfriend and I came in to check her car battery. Daniel helped my girlfriend out by checking her car battery and just as we thought the Battery was bad, so we bought a new battery and Daniel installed the new one with no problem. Thank You Daniel and the AUTOZONE TEAM at this Location !

I had a disappointing experience with one of the technicians yesterday afternoon. I went in to replace a dead battery that was still under warranty. Instead of thoroughly testing it on-site, the technician asked me to visit a nearby Firestone to determine whether the issue was with the battery or the alternator.
I spent two hours at Firestone and paid $40, only to confirm what I already suspected — the battery was dead. When I returned to AutoZone, I was told the replacement battery model was out of stock and advised to visit another location. Rather than wasting more time, I opted to pay extra and upgrade to a different battery.
I ended up spending half my day and additional money on something that should have been resolved in a single visit. This entire ordeal could have been avoided with a more diligent and customer-focused approach. Very disappointing.

Visited this AutoZone about 30 minutes before closing, needing a battery. I wasn't expecting the full assist, but Devin offered to help install it in the parking lot.. which I appreciate appreciated so much!
It was dark and of a bit of a pickle to get in. Another manager, Brad came out to help as well.
I certainly appreciate all the help that night. I've been back a few times since and have received great service from Devin and his team again. Will definitely be my go-to auto parts store from now on!

I want to give a huge shoutout to Chris at AutoZone! When I came in needing help putting my tag back on my license plate, every other employee refused to help, saying they weren’t allowed. But not Chris. He had just come back from a delivery, saw I still needed help, and without hesitation, jumped right back in—even though he had to leave earlier before finishing. He went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of, and that kind of customer service is rare. Thank you, Chris! You truly went above and beyond, and I really appreciate it. Helping someone in need even when you’re not supposed to go the long way, especially when you don’t know how to do certain things as a woman.❤️❤️

Every time I come here the employees are so helpful. Immediately greeting as I walk into the door and will help me find whatever part I need for my needs. Joel especially is always helpful, always makes sure I leave with exactly what I needed.

Just went to AutoZone to get a new battery and I can’t say enough good things about Brad and his service. He took care of us quick. Got us taken care of with a brand new battery that has a three-year warranty. This is the third time we’ve gone to AutoZone for a need like this and have been taken care of. Thanks!

Stopped by to get my car checked because engine light and ABS light is on in my jeep. Big tall white guy, didn't catch his name turned me away and said we don't check that here. When I called another location and corporate website says they'll check this.
See photo below...went to 225 Whitestone. They were soo friendly and helped immediately.

Customer service lacking
Went in.tp get assistance finding a specific type of oil, a blonde lady in a grey shirt and glasses just basically pointed to the back wall. She did not look like she wanted to be there today.
This is the 3rd place I've been to today- I went ro another Auto Zone and an OReilley's and in the 2 other locations, the staff that helped me were super kind and helpful.
Kudos to the gentleman that tried to help me at the Auto Zone on 183 [by Khols] in Leander. His customer service was great!
