Diana was amazing, as always! She went above and beyond to help me out. Every time I come in, I look forward to seeing her or Nick at the front desk. I have been coming to this location and only this location since 2006. I've seen a lot of people come and go and you can really tell the people who are just doing a job, versus the people who genuinely seem to care that they are dealing with people's family members and at times emotions can run very high. Diana is always cheerful and positive and smiles even if somebody was just rude to her unnecessarily. I see a lot of people taking out their dislike of Banfield policies on people like her who don't set the policies and can't change the policies and have nothing to do with those policies yet they get talked to horribly some times. I've never seen her or Nick ever treat anyone, even if that someone was being very rude, with anything less than respect and kindness. I highly recommend coming to this location if you take your pet to Banfield for care. They have the best doctors like Dr Goldberg and Dr C. I will not go to any other location because this one is so amazing. Thank you Diana for being the wind beneath My wings today. You really helped me out of a bind and I thank you for doing your job joyfully and making me feel like me and my pets matter! Much love big homie ❤️?? ?

The front desk staff was great but that "wellness"plan is highly predatory and does not disclose or give any information on how you will be charged and how much any of remaining balance is until you sign up and put your card on file, they threaten legal action and will have you pay attorney fees and court costs if you refuse to pay their predatory "wellness" plan. They give you the paperwork and information after you sign up with the plan.

Absolutely NOT recommended for cats! I raised my cat for seven years and visited several vets because of moving, this is the one vet said my cat is aggressive and needs medicine for normal annual exam! Their petcare at back is not friendly to cats because staying with several barking dogs!

If I could give zero stars I would. I got completely blindsided and had to find out from chewys that the vet no longer works with me. I have no idea why for one and two never ever had this happen. Spoke to manager and she couldn't even tell me. Don't even know why the vet is making up stuff as this is my character. Really disgusted with how I was treated especially talking to manager. No compassion or trying to figure out the issue just cold and being told not her problem. Never tried to resolve it or clear up any issue. No apology for finding out from chewys..never even had the respect to call me and let me know. Highly unprofessional. Be careful of this place.

1 st visit was great the second visit not so much. The doctor was a little snippy because I was over being in the room for an hour. Each visit is 30 minutes but we weren’t seen until about 35+ minutes after the appointment & it took about 5 minutes for each pet. The appointment is truly 15minutes each.I guess since I didn’t take any of her recommendations she felt like being sarcastic. Ask me questions before offering unsolicited advice to customize solutions that work best me and my pets. No thanks, most of the pets were barking and last time I checked that’s what dogs do. This last visit was very different not sure why but we will take our business somewhere else.

This office made an appointment for my dog knowing that I was requesting allergy testing. When I get there to drop my dog off, they verify that I was there for allergy testing, quote me different prices for the standard medications, and all the things. Then they call to have me approve the medication that they were giving my dog. When I show up to pick her up, they make me pay for the visit and all the medication they gave her, then let me know that they don't do any allergy testing at that location. When asked they just say "yeah we should have told you, sorry" but they can't explain why they gave my dog the shot that they did or what she was allergic to in the first place. And all the while they treated me like I was out of my mind for asking about the allergy testing in the first place instead of just picking up my dog and going on my way. I feel like, had I not asked to see the test, they would have just pretended like they did the work that I paid them to do, all the while knowing that they were frauds. In the end, they tried to charge me over $90 for a shot for my dog that they couldn't even justify giving to her. And when I asked to speak to someone in charge of the clinic, they just claim that they "can't give out that information." BUYER BEWARE, they will charge you for things and lead you to believe that they are doing something to your pet, all the while they have no clue.

Your Feedback:I’m very upset, frustrated and disappointed with the poor service at this place. I was given a quote earlier today when I dropped off my dog and once I came back to pick him up they charged me over $100 more from the original price. They don’t care about anything but the extra charges they can add to the bill. I also had a bad experience with Dr. Goldberg telling me they will take me to collection if I don’t pay, I even spoke to her earlier on the phone but she couldn’t tell me the exact price because “There was a lot going on” while I was on the phone with her. I will be cancelling my wellness plan and sharing this experience with all my friends and family also posting it on social media for everyone to stop taking their pet to Banfield for not being transparent with pricing, services and for being so rude. Do yourself a favor a DO NOT come to this place so you don’t leave with a headache.

Just know they don’t even deserve the one star. In my opinion I don’t think anyone should ever have to put up with this low quality care and the most heartless customer service. My dogs normal Vet was closed but because he had blood in his diarrhea, I knew I had to take him somewhere. I entrusted Banfield and that was the worst mistake ever. When I brought my pet in, I was quoted for all of his services about 350. But the tech mentioned they had a coupon and it would bring my new total to 280. I left my pet and was eventually called back hours later. The doctor said his physical exam was fine, we’re not gonna do blood work, here’s his medication, come pick him up. I assumed maybe it was rushed because we would go over everything when I got there. When I arrived immediately the front desk said your payment is 180. To my knowledge, I thought okay it went down because no blood work. So I’m paying for his medication and fecal exam. I double check because no one said anything about the outcome of the fecal sample and the representative said, you’ll receive results in a couple days. I pay, I ask for a receipt to be emailed. When the tech brings out my dog, she could care less about answering questions, she gave me the medicine and was like have a great day. I did stop her and say can you explain the medication, I don’t even know why y’all prescribed it. She said oh just put it in his mouth to stop pooping. She then spaces out and says sorry I got lost, what were you saying. I then say okay and the fecal sample what is it being tested for. She said oh we decided not to do it, did you already pay. I said yes and she says well since you paid, I guess we’ll just run the test anyways. WHAT KIND OF RESPONSE IS THAT! I said okay but what’s it being run for. She just kept stumbling and saying you already paid. Being frazzled because I’m holding my dog who now smells like pee. I just wanted to get out of there. When I arrived home, I check my receipt and it says nothing. It just says I paid with cash. I then call the front desk and politely ask for a breakdown of what I paid for. She then mentions I paid for the office visit. I said how when the tech explained the coupon and my new total with me. She said for you to qualify for the coupon, you have to specifically show it to the front desk. I told her well that’s a bit confusing because we discussed my new total with the vet tech, that leaves me to believe it was taken care of. She then tells me she’ll call me back. 5mins later, the tech calls me and apologizes for not communicating properly and I’ll receive a refund to just come back. As I’m on my way back, I get a call from the front desk and she said sorry we can’t give you a refund. I told her how someone just called me and let me know I’m getting a refund. She said she needs time to figure it out she’ll call back. Between the tech and the front desk they called me 6 more times going back and forth. Finally the tech calls for the last time and says she misspoke again and she takes it back, I can’t get a refund. Honestly I could write more of how horrible this experience was. So much more carelessness happened. No one communicates and when I spoke with the manager she was so incredibly rude and basically said she knows it’s their fault but no refund. I don’t even care about the money at this point. The low quality and bad experience they put me and my pet through a nightmare. All while my pet is still sick and it’s still unclear what’s even wrong with him. Diarrhea for 4 days with blood is not normal yet none of them took it seriously. Just please, please don’t go. Your pets deserve better.

Dr. Goldberg has no real concern for your family loved pet, they give you a price and when you go to pick up your dog it’s just another massive increase - with the price. This is not the place to bring your family pet, they are more interested in making money, than the care of your precious pet. This practice is a waste of money, go elsewhere.

Banfield Pet Hospital at Cedar Park is one of the best in the area. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and they always make sure to fit you in for a last-minute appointment. There is plenty of parking, and the hospital is easy to access.

Horrible service!! Due yourself a favor and don’t get stuck on the wellness plans they offer. I’ve only gotten service 2 out of 3 times. They had my pet for 5 hours before cancelling her spay appt after I had taken off work, and also taken her food and water away the night before for the procedure. In another ocassion they returned her back sitting on pee and poop inside her little bag. Really unprofessional team. I tried to schedule in another location but they don’t offer that service……

Staff is as ignorant and incompetent as a sloth trying to fly a helicopter.The one girl up front was clearly stoned out of her mind, and didn't have her fix yet that day. the Veterinarian clearly can't read charts, one would feel that reading should be a requirement in that line of work. Banfield cares complaint department; was just as helpful.. Horrible experience, from start to finish.Go to any other branch but this one. What a joke.Edit: Lisa you are so ignorant; I've already contacted you're department- I was told I'd get a response 3-5 days later- it's been over a week and nothing. What a joke.

I scheduled an appointment with Cedar Park Banfield because my cat had the runs for a month - he was a rescue - they talked me into the wellness plan and getting his shots also - I paid 135.00 for it and they said they couldn't do a fecal test for whatever reason for me to bring a sample - I did so - I was vaguely told over the phone that it was negative - negative for what??? No other comments - no mention of the doctor needs to see him since he has had this problem and what was another course of action to take - just dead silence. My original plan was to take him there to find out what is wrong - I still have the same problem and must now seek out another vet and still have to pay 30.00 a month for the wellness plan with Banfield. I called to cancel his follow up appointment and the "girl" was so non chalant about it - I mentioned I would be finding another vet and her words were " ok that fine no problem" didnt even try to see what she could do to help with the situation. Also both times I dropped him off I was told the Doctor would call me about the results etc and never did - I had to call each time after waiting hours to know what was going on. They don't care - they just want you sign up on the "plan" and then you are on your own. I still have a sick cat and need to find another vet. All they wanted to do is give him shots which I could have done on my own thru Tomlinson and I had a coupon for a free vet visit. Do Not Go There
