I would put negative 10 stars if possible. No one who works here can handle any task more complex than a withdrawal. This includes mgmt. I keep waiting on a debit card that never arrives. The employees cannot even assist with a digital debit card. When I ask for assistance, they then tried asking the virtual assistant on the application to answer my questions. That is an embarrassing financial burden to pay several people's bills, while your customers just lob hours of their time down a wishing well, in the dashed hopes that anyone there actually earns their income. Thank you for less than nothing and finding a REAL bank.

The process was quick and efficient—it only took about 15 minutes, and no unnecessary questions were asked. The staff was professional and respectful, making the whole experience smooth and hassle-free. Molly was so wonderful! In these days of on line banking and cashless everything, for me, going inside an actual bank and needing real help is very foreign. But this week I'm buying a house and DEFINITELY NEEDED A REAL PERSON'S HELP! And it was 30 mins til closing 😬 so I was anxious. yet none of the staff made me feel like a burden for coming in so close to closing with my "situation". Molly helped me and calmly explained everything to me, she did not make me feel rushed. She even offered to help with a separate additional question I had unrelated to my main reason for coming in. Also she helped me with what I needed way faster than I assumed it would take! So thank you Molly and thank you to this location for still being open until 5pm.

This was my 3rd time in this branch to order my new visa that expired in July. I have had the account for 11 years. Today the first teller couldn’t help so she took me to what looked like a male person that was sitting upfront. It told me that it would need to get someone else to do it for me. I left and on my way out the best comeback she had was “have a nice day “. Woke!! Go to Capital One

I came in here on a Monday to open an account for my son. I was told I needed to make an appointment...OK fine. I make an appointment for the same week on Wednesday and confirm 2-3 times the time, and what I needed to bring (his SS card and our passports). I show up on Wednesday and they tell me I showed up at the wrong time and they can't help me...I need to make another appointment...really folks??

No privacy when you talk to the teller, all the other customers have to listen!
The ATM can't hold the cash when withdraw it. PLEASE FIX IT!!

Simply using the ATM, does not allow deposits, cannot get cash in increments that's not 10's, could not get preference on what type of bills I get

Every time I try to call the branch that I opened my account with they never answer the phone but when I go in it be fully staffed and a customer or two if it’s more employees than customers why can’t they answer the damn phone??
