Sherry, the manager was so helpful. We walked in without an appointment and she dropped everything to help us. We are so thankful we found this location and her. Mary and Don

Today I put my card in the ATM in front of the bank and the screen went black. I went inside to deposit my money and let the teller know. She said that it's serviced by another company and I won't get my card back. So now I have to request a new card and change all my auto drafts. This happened to me 6 months ago at the drive thru atm and I went through the same thing. I will not be back to this bank again after today.

Understaffed always seems they can't keep the good ones, 1 teller wrapped in a face mask behind plexiglass, very rude. Seems like Bank of America has gone fully woke, time for a credit union, sad I been going here over 12 years. They should change their name nothing seems American about this place

I wish I had seen the reviews before going thru the driveway at this location. I drove out to the Cedar Park Buy Buy Baby store and had a very busy day. I needed to get a $50 bill to insert in a birthday card. I used the voice activation in my car to take me to the nearest Bank of America and sadly went to this location. I had a check to cash in the amount of $100.54. I asked the teller in the drive thru to please give me one $50 and the rest $10's. She replied "of course". She paper clipped my ID and card to the envelope with the cash inside. I have called the number over TEN times (pushing 4 to reach a person at that location) to let them know what happened in hopes that they would be more aware in the future. It appears that this location needs some help from corporate! Very sad to see so many horrible reviews!

One of the most understaffed Bank Of America I have been to. Simple withdrawal takes 30+ mins at 3 pm on Tuesday. The branch manager just sits on her chair, no greetings and doesn't even offer to help......Poor Customer service The tellers are kind and nice. They offer to help but it's clear they are over worked.

If I could give no stars I would. Now this location no longer has drive-thru access due to "staffing issues". Even though things are looking up, we still have a pandemic going on. It only makes sense to minimize the time spent INSIDE the bank and maximize the services OUTSIDE (such as the drive-thru). Hope you don't work during the day because your access even to the lobby is limited and virtually non-existent. A major inconvenience for parents with children and those physically impaired. Is the lack of staff due to Bank of America not wanting to spend the money or lack of applicants (which is beyond my comprehension)?

I have been a customer for 40 plus years. My account was compromised so I traveled 40 miles to the closest branch only to be told I could make an appointment and return. On the other hand I went to Woodforest Bank regarding another account that was compromised and they assisted me within 15 minutes. Time to move this account.

I understand that for businesses that are open during the outbreak, life at work looks a little different than it used to. Cedar Park might not fall under the same jurisdiction as Austin does, but of the ~10 or so employees who were working at the time of my appointment, not a single one had their mask on, and the woman I had my appointment with had hers dangling from her neck the entire time I was in her office. She didn't stay behind her shield, so even though I had a mask on, I wasn't protected from her--she was only protected from me. (It's pretty clear most people don't understand how the masks work, but everyone has to wear them to prevent the spread). But what do I know? I've only worked in healthcare for a decade. To add to that, the reason I was there for my appointment was to open an account for a sibling (who is a minor) that lives in another state whose guardian is unable to take proper care of them. I informed the woman who scheduled my appointment of my intent to do this and asked if I needed anything other than my sibling's social security card and my own ID, to which she said no, and scheduled the appointment. Then, at my appointment, the woman who was supposed to help me had no idea how to handle my request and left to consult her colleagues on every single question I had, finally concluding that the only way they could open the account was through a series of steps both I and my sibling would have to be present at the bank for, multiple times. If the woman who had scheduled my appointment asked as many questions as the woman who actually saw me, perhaps my time wouldn't have been wasted, and I wouldn't have been exposed to the germs of the negligent workers at this branch. If I get COVID-19 because of this, I'll be filing a complaint with the BBB for the lack of safety protocols at this branch. And to BoA - thanks to the lack of consideration for the safety of your guests (among a million other problems), I'll be closing my accounts and moving to a different bank.

I must be the lucky one, but the poor reviews indicated preciously do not reflect the experience I had at this branch. I went in with my father to sign some docs and was greeted at the entrance immediately asking what I needed. I indicated we had an appt to sign docs and was "checked in" and asked to take a seat. The wait was not long and Rodolfo assisted us. He was awesome, clearly busy (midday weekday rush) but still got us through the lengthy signing process fairly quickly and was very professional. At no time were we ignored and everyone was polite - but busy. I have zero hesitation going back here again!
