I love this location! The manager on duty and the woman with the pink hair were so incredibly helpful. I came in wanting to try the new scents that had come out, and they knew exactly what I was looking for and what to recommend. I am so overjoyed at my experience. I am very passionate about Bath & Body Works! I love being able to step into the store and have such a great experience, not just with the product lineup but with the customer service. You seriously outdid yourselves. I can tell that this store is incredibly well-run. They each knew so much about the intricacies of each product (which were in stock, which were online only, locations of any product, what would go well with each one). I will continue to wholeheartedly recommend B&BW to all of my own clients. I upkeep a showroom floor and I get tons of compliments on the B&BW scents I use through the showroom. OH! NOT TO MENTION! They both helped me SO MUCH with getting my coupons and sales items! I came in with 1 free item in my rewards wallet, and left with FIVE NEW FREE ITEMS IN MY REWARDS WALLET! How awesome is that? I seriously can't speak highly enough of this location.

Meghan and Sarah were super sweet and went out of their way to make several gift bags for me. They made the experience so quick and easy. Major props for the effort they put into guest service and I hope it doesn’t go unrecognized.

Quick check out process and friendly staff. Lot of varieties to chose from and had holidays discounts during visit.

I went today and the store was closed, so I didn't get to meet her. They have a sign on the front that says they open on Thursday the 20th.

They were closed during memorial day weekend when there were good offers. What's the point of having offers if the store is closed? And conveniently the next day,all offers were gone.

Attempted to place an online order and was met with the location is closed and is not taking online orders. It gave options to the three closest stores. This location staff are helpful. Hopefully it reopens.

I had a great experience shopping here. An employee helped me to determine the scents I preferred and took me to the area of the store with the items I was interested in. I expected to be overwhelmed with scents, but it was actually very nice. I was surprised at how many candles, lotions, bath gel, and even laundry scent options they have. A friend had given me a coupon, so I was able to try products I wouldn't have normally. I'll be back as soon as I run out of the products I purchased.
