Everybody is very nice and helpful at this location. Sara, Matthew and Monica always go way above and beyond to assist customers. Kem and Shawn are also very helpful. I met kem and felt welcomed in the branch. I like banking here and will refer people to come and do business with this bank more often.

Although I have some unpleasant experience with the Bank headquarter when I was overseas, however,
The staff at this Branch at Whitestone Cedar Park, Texas are very Professional, Kind, friendly and helpful.
Thanks to Mr. Matthew. He always make things better with his kindness and going out of his way to help and fix things up. I would also like to extend my thanks and gratitude to Mis. Sara, she is very Professional, kind and very helpful.
I commend PNC for having staff like Mr. Matthew and Mis. Sara. The are the Brightest Representation of your Company.

Jesus… Christ, their online banking looks to be from the 90s… how does that inspire confidence that it’s actually secure.
I’m not one to nitpick something like that either, I enjoy simplicity but this site is so decrepit looking that I can’t trust their data security. Cleanliness is godliness, if your site looks like that that begs the question how your back end looks

PNC makes it VERY difficult to pay off your loan early - by making you call Coroprate EVERY MONTH to ensure extra principal payments made at a PNC branch teller counter or via payroll deduction - are credited to principal. If you make an extra principle payment, PNC's default is to reduce your next month's automated payment by that amount, which defeats the point of paying extra, and therefore, costs you more by making them more $$. I'll be refinancing ASAP to a member-centered Credit Union.

We had a terrible experience with the bank. My wife received a call informing her about locker availability and scheduled an appointment for the next day. When she visited the bank, the banker (Deepa Gandhi) took her details and went inside to get the locker keys. However, she returned claiming that the locker was no longer available, as it had been given to another customer while she was collecting her details. Despite this, she didn’t see any other customers in the bank at the time. It’s clear that they didn’t want to offer her a locker because she was only interested in opening an account with the minimum deposit.

Some rude lady answered the phone and I’m offended. It’s not relevant but she sounded like she needs to stop hiding spicy chickens in the bottom of the trash.

Terrible service from Monica!!! I was being helped by Raj, who was amazing and very helpful by the way, he had to get an override on my transaction so he called Monica over for that, he explained to her what was done and what was needed, she did not even acknowledge what he said and clearly didn’t listen to him. She proceeds to click around keeps “sighing” as if we are bothering her. I asked if there was a problem and she states she can’t approve the override, I asked why, she gives Raj the reason, ignoring my question, he then repeats what he told her when she initially walked up to us and then she finally approves it. So after being rude and basically seeming bothered by me, she turns to me trying then to be nice because I commented that I would be speaking to someone about this. She needs retraining in real customer service. Being fake nice after poor service is disappointing to say the least.

Came to the Cedar Park branch to get a cashiers check after not having luck with a different local branch. The CP branch acknowledged what my goal was and did their due diligence to make it happen (procedural approvals). I got my check and the staff was friendly and helpful.
