I have had the pleasure to work with Sheri McKim, a few times now and every time she has not disappointed! Her communication, transparency, and experience gives the buyer, and even the seller the ability to be put at ease through the escrow process! Giving weekly updates and not waiting to the last minute to bring up an issue (if there is). In my experience she is always a head of time and ready to get the file from day one of execution to the closing table ahead of schedule. Definitely recommend if you’re looking to purchase or refi.

We have been in our dream house for 3 months thanks to Sheri at Benchmark Mortgage! We started looking at homes in January and were working with a large online mortgage service. They didn’t answer the phone and the rate we were quoted was over 7%. We decided to get a second opinion and I contacted Benchmark. Sheri answered on the first call, got my information, and was able to give me several preliminary options over the phone. We were able to secure a TX Vet mortgage with a rate under 5% thanks to Sheri. She was always available, willing to get on a call with me and explain things, even checked in over the weekend. Buying our dream house was an excellent process with Sheri at Benchmark!
