The staff here are AMAZING! Everyone I've interacted with has been so nice and fun to chat with! I'm an adult collector and have restuffed a LARGE handful of bears with them. Everytime they're all so nice and patient. Shout out to the manager Mandy for going above and beyond! This store specifically also has a lot of nostalgia and it's amazing to see my original store stick with the classic decor. Love you lakeline Build-A-Bear ❤️

We’ve been visiting this Build-A-Bear location regularly for the past four years, and every single time has been a wonderful experience. What makes this store stand out is the incredible team. They’re welcoming, kind, and genuine in every interaction from the moment we walk in to checkout. The staff reflects the kind of diversity and personality that makes each visit feel special and unique. This location truly goes above and beyond, and we’re grateful for the joy they bring to our family each time we stop in.

Had a lovely time! Employees were incredibly kind and helpful , specifically Sam who helped me and my child pick their perfect stuffed friend. I love that this was such a welcoming environment to all types of people; keep it up!

It’s a perfect store for kids if they wanna Dollie’s! You can choose and stuff up by yourself if you’d like! Will be a great gift shop to remember for friends and families who are having babies or little kiddos! :)

We just hosted my little one’s birthday party here, and it went exceptionally well. Our party host Mandy went above and beyond and all the kids had a blast! Thank you BAB, we will be back!

The service at Build-A-Bear was amazing! The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and patient. They answered all my questions with a smile and made the whole experience fun and memorable. Truly top-notch customer service! A really BIG Thank you too Jacob I couldn’t even explain to how much you made my experience you don’t know my situation but you made this even more special. I really appreciate you and I hope everyone else stops by and gets to experience the kindness you give.

We have gotten two bears here for our kids in the past 3 years and have had a great experience. Yes, everything is pricey (you’re paying for novelty), but everything has also held up well and been of quality build/make.
The main reason I want to leave a review for this location is because the employees here have consistently been delightful. They’ve been kind and patient to my kids and helpful and friendly with us as parents.
Thanks for making our BaB experience enjoyable!

Very busy at the time I was there but I was greeted and made aware of specials by the staff. Sophia checked me out and was very helpful. Both girls that were working were very nice and I plan many return trips!

My friend and I went to this location over the weekend and were very excited. When we got there and chose our bears, an employee checked in with us and everything was going great. That same employee stuffed our Glitsen bears but did not do a good job. My friend asked for hers to be soft and it was so stiff while mine was so soft when I asked for it stiff. When choosing the hearts,we were told to “just shove em in there” and he didn’t even do a heart ceremony for either of us. When getting home we realized that both bears eyes are uneven and lopsided. To add to that, in store we realized mine had a pretty major hole that was patched up very kindly at the front and the girls working the front desk were lovely. We have both been to this location several times and have never had these issues. I’m disappointed.

Unfortunately we didn't have a stellar experience at this BAB workshop. We did visit on a Saturday afternoon (shockingly there were about a few families inside and was not busy), and no one walked us through the exercise. No one checked in while we were walking around the store. For $50/per bear, I believe the experience should be a strong memory going through the start to end process. Choosing the bear, kissing the heart, putting stuffing and testing it out, washing the bear, then dressing the bear. Building a bear made it a very lackluster memory -- I would not recommend this location due to creating the same memory/environment as going to Target or Walmart and picking out a toy but would've saved a significant amount of money.
