I'm extremely disappointed with Bob's customer service and delivery. It's been an entire year since I paid for a door, and they have yet to deliver it. Despite my repeated requests for a refund, the company has completely ghosted me, ignoring all my attempts to contact them and resolve the issue.
I strongly advise against doing business with Bob. Instead, I recommend visiting Lowe's for your door needs. They sell Therma-Tru doors at competitive prices, if not better, and you can trust that you'll actually receive your product in a timely manner.
Save yourself the frustration and financial loss that I've experienced. Bob's lack of communication and failure to deliver on their promises is unacceptable. Don't make the same mistake I did – choose a reliable retailer like Lowe's for your home improvement needs.

These people have got to be the most unprofessional suppliers I have ordered from. The only reason we went directly to them was to not have to modify the jam on our front door of our new house. Robert or Bob Trapp is indeed the worst at responding. The supervisor called me finally and was still super relaxed with no empathy whatsoever. I was able to get a response from Bob via email after 3 calls and 2 voicemails. (see photo) Also, the address was incorrectly put into the order. You would THINK that after spending $2500, things would be better. Needless to say, go elsewhere!

I called about lumber for a deck, and the customer service was outstanding. Lyn didn't have the lumber I was looking for and when he told me why, it made me question if I should be looking at other wood options for fixing my deck. Even though he didn't expect me to buy anything, Lyn STILL took a bunch of time to talk to me about my project. Between the person who was supposed to be redoing my deck and 4 other lumber places I called, he was the ONLY one who helped me realize I was trying to order the wrong product because I didn't realize how wood sizing worked. I would have special ordered the wrong kind of wood from a different place without Lyn! He was very patient, thorough, knowledgable, and truly a lifesaver, and all with knowing up front that I wasn't even going to be a customer! I can't thank Lyn enough, and I will absolutely try to order from them with future projects.

*My current rating is based on a 90 second experience.*We needed to match molding for a project and took a sample into BMC. Several contractors work with them for projects, we (the customer) are not working directly with them. When Googling the location for directions, on location takes you to a high school and another takes you past the building entirely. The location on Whitestone is correct. Once we did arrive, a couple of employees had to tell us to go down to the end of the build near the restaurant. There is a large sign that says "Will Call" and it's the first door to the left after you walk under the sign (check out the picture). The gentleman behind the counter was able to immediately point to the match on the wall. Everything was very quick and straight forward (a bit like talking to Ron Swanson). As our project continues, we will update our review.

My Toll Brothers home in Leander has BFS windows on it. They are 4 years old and falling apart. I went through warranty process and got no where. The referred me to a window parts company that does not sell to end users. I am happy to pay for parts but cant even get help with that. If you are building a home, make sure they are not using BFS windows.

If you don't arrive at 2:30 the employees no longer want to unload…. RECEIVING!!!!at 4 or they change the sign at 2:30 or someone is making money without doing anything until 4 ? the manager has to do something ??♂️…. As I said, if you are going to arrive after 2:30, look for a good Truckstop to sleep until the next day…

Why is it that all their locations have terrible customer services, talk to customers like they’re talking to a 5 year old. I came to try to get a match, guy in astros shirt with a bunch of tattoos is arrogant, smart Alec, and very rude for no reason. I ask, can you check for stain grade because the existing is stained, he laughs and says that’s paint, then I ask him to look closer and he sees that it is stain. He asks for me to go to their south location, he laughs and says you ain’t gonna make it there in time, I say, I know they close at 4:30 and it’s 4:15, Obviously. Meanwhile his coworkers are laughing that customers are not always right about another incident. Don’t bother coming here, no wonder they lost DR Horton to McCoys. Their customer service is the worst, more like Builders Last Choice!

I agree with this comment for 100%:The place in austin is a total caos no room for semitrucks to turn anywhere bonds of wood every where you turn a total disgrace to make deliveries. 1 star is way to much
