Rude and difficult towards women over the phone

My car’s repair went better than expected with Calliber Collision. They communicated throughout the process and had the work completed quickly. What I thought might be a difficult process ended up being easy. I would highly recommend this location of Calliber Collision!

If you are looking for a place where no one really cares about you as customer, this is the place to be… still going back and forth with them on a very minor damage since early June, they can’t put a bumper back in place correctly! The lack of attention to details is unbelievable. I had to take five days off so far and other than Jesse no one cares, but he can’t do everything on his own and he needs better staff all around

My experience in repairing my vehicle from an accident with a deer, and then a hit-and-run was very positive. They worked with my insurance company and walked me through the estimating, got me into a rental, and gave me updates all through the repair process. My coordinator, Michael, took time to explain the nature of the damage, and updated me on progress. I appreciate the time he took to explain my case in calls and emails. He even finished a day early.

Definitely a 5 star experience, great customer service, great communication, absolutely loved the text updates. The repairs were done very fast, I was expecting 4+ weeks but I don’t think it was even 2. I hope I don’t need your service again, for obvious reasons. But heaven forbid, if we do we will be return customers.

Rude and condescending during intake. Someone bringing a car in for repairs is already having a rough time, but there was zero empathy from him. He was argumentative and immediately told me I was wrong about what happened to my car (there are polite ways to say this - he didn’t use them), then to not “argue” with him and save it for the insurance company.
Luckily my car was transferred to another Caliber location where I was actually taken care of. But Cedar Park didn’t provide them with the paperwork right away, which delayed repairs and cost me extra money in rental fees.
Not sure if he’s rude to everyone or just women + queer folks. It was the opposite of customer service and left an awful taste in my mouth.

Mike O communicated with me throughout the process of fixing my vehicle after an accident. I apprecaited the link provided with information regarding cost of repairs and timeframe to completion. The vehicle was delivered a day before the promised date. It looked fantastic and was clean inside. I was also able to leave my rental car at Caliber to be picked up by the rental company which made it easier for me. Thank you Caliber for a job well done!

Their customer service sucks, especially Michael. My car looked fine and it was fixed very well, so I do think them for that, but especially doing this process with a two year-old and having a hard time Michael needs to work on manners sometimes people just need a little friendly attitude after an accident.

Painless repair process here. Kevin took excellent care of me. Kept me up to date with everything going on with my vehicle and took care of all of the difficulty that comes with dealing with insurance. He even went above and beyond and buffed out a spot that wasn't related.

Had to take my chevy equinox here due to a car accident and my insurance highly recommended this company. Just want to say thank you so much to everyone from the ladies at the front desk to the all of the employees especially Kevin who kept me updated . My Chevy equinox came back looking like it was brand new. They change out my doors and made sure there was no scratches. The paint job was done so well I really appreciate everyone for helping us. Very professional and they will walk you through the process. Thank you so much again ?

You should be in really good hands if the General Manager at this branch is Tanya Daffern, she will make things right for you, and she WILL "Restore the rhythm of your life".
Also, I recommend working with Nick Gostkowski as your Service Advisor. He's professional, experienced, respectful, punctual and honest.
And Lynn (I hope I'm pronouncing her name correctly), the front desk admin, is a professional sweet lady that knows what she's doing!
A year ago, I've had a very bad experience at this location (bad communication, extreme delays in completing the work, and dishonest/deceptive team) under the management of the old Manager "Lynn Womble", and the service advisor was "Shane Jowers". Do NOT work with those people!
Nevertheless, and given the time passed, when I came back to address my concerns, Nick under the new management of Tanya made everything right. They did go the extra mile to correct the mess! I do appreciate people like Tanya, Nick and Lynn (The admin)! THANKS!

4 stars only because I did not bring my car here to get worked on but to get an estimate. Nick Gostkowski took a look at my door and gave me a full break down repairs, cost, and the how and why things would need to be done. He also recommended a shop that would take my insurance and told me what to watch out for. I could not be happier with the over all communication and help he gave me just for a drive in estimate.

Very satisfied with the work completed on my Jeep after being rear ended. Front office staff were very friendly and made sure everything was in place before I left my vehicle there. Also, Michael Ornelas, my service advisor, was very informative, and kept me up to date on the service of my vehicle, and made sure it was completely ready before I drove off the lot. Very pleased with the entire experience.

Caliber Collision was recommended to us by our insurance company, this location (substantially further away from us) was recommended by a family member who lives nearby. I've got to be honest, the drive from South Austin to this location really didn't seem like it was gonna be worth it, not to mention all the headaches that come along with rental cars and trying to get everyone on the same page.
I should have known better, as I said, they came highly recommended. The first person we spoke to was Nick, honestly I thought he was too young to be working out front but he really wowed me. He was very informative, descriptive, and straight forward. No non-sense. He handled scheduling and my insurance company with ease.
This isn't my first rodeo and I'd say my expectations are high. Nick and his team blew my expectations out of the water. Our rear passenger door on an old Honda Accord looks brand new and we got the car back very quickly!
As long as Nick is there to steer the ship, we will be using Caliber Collision going forward. Hell, we may just follow him if he doesn't go too far.
I'll get a photo of the car uploaded soon if Google allows me to edit reviews after the fact.
