We have been with Capstone Works for quite some time, growing from 5 email address and desktops to over 18 email address' and as many desk tops, ipads and iphones. Chuck and his team are always professional, informative and quick to respond. We had a printer die mid morning on payroll day, we were back up and running before 1 pm. Huge kudos to all the techs involved in getting us back online. We are truly grateful.

Just wanted to let yall know I have been supported by Capstone Works for almost 5 years through the company I was with. I ALWAYS received great service and support during that time from you.About 3 months ago I left that company and needed some help with my PC, several things needed to be fixed so I could download MS 365 and other things...James followed up with me on that and it was determined we could not fix this online, so I came to your office today and was met by Logan, who did a great job and got my PC all set back up as it needed to be.Wanted to thank Capstone Works for all their help in the past, and current for taking care of what was probably a small issue for them but a BIG one to me!I will be recommending Capstone Works to anyone I know of that needs help with a PC, a network, or even larger things than that. Thank yall for being professional, responsive and getting the job done...that does not happen often these days.Thank you Capstone Works!

I can not express enough how AMAZING Chuck and Cindy Adams at Capstone Works are! My computer started having issues; after two days of me trying to figure it out I emailed Cindy. Chuck called me within the hour and was logged into my computer fixing the issue. Absolutely life changing. So patient and will explain without making you feel like a dunce, even though you may actually be acting like one. This team has changed everything about job as I'm not the defacto IT department any longer.Recently grew the company 2x bigger in about 2 weeks time. They kept us up and running and mitigated internet and remote access issues while procuring and provisioning more equipment.These guys can do it all. I've told them more than once I want to kiss 'em.Only wish they could make dinner.

Our little company got his by ransomware and we were completely lost. Called a couple different groups and then finally reached Capstone. I actually reached the owner himself, Chuck. He dropped what he was doing and started talking me through the process. What seemed dark and hopeless slowly started to become manageable after he took the time to visit with me. Anyone who would do that for someone out of the blue is a saint in my book. If you have a large firm and need IT help, please give Capstone the opportunity. He paid it forward, and hopefully my review can.

Capstone has been our IT partner for several years and we plan to be so for several more. We had started with another company and quickly realized that the service was not up to par. Chuck and his team got in quickly and was able to take a subpar set up and equipment and make it work without adding additional set up costs. It was not the easiest path on their end, but they took great care in considering our resources. As we have gown, Capstone has been beside us every step of the way. They are a true partner for our business. Many refer to their services as "outsourced IT" but we consider them an extension of our business and that is how they treat us. As a midsize company with needs that span several states, Capstone has proven to be up to every challenge we've presented. They don't tell me what I want to hear. They tell me what I need to hear and that has saved us significantly in both time and money. They really live up to the tagline - Friendly, Proactive and Worry-Free!
