100% sure he ripped me off. He kept calling the first 2 weeks I got the car and even attempted to get into the car at one point to see how it was running and I was confused why—now I see why. The car has had problems since I bought it in December, car died on me twice within first 2 weeks of buying. The catalytic converter has to be replaced as well and that happened in February. I’ve not had this car very long and it’s extremely suspect this man sold me a vehicle that has this many problems. Do NOT buy from here, worst mistake I’ve made and now I’m about to be out of thousands of dollars.Edit: Here’s the facts; the car died twice due to a loose terminal, no biggie right? Here’s what happened in between those 2 weeks of my car dying and afterwards. I have countless call logs and texts regarding Brian, the owner of Car Source, asking about the car. Usually, people follow up once or twice, you followed up way more which is unusual. You asked how it was running multiple times which already made red flags huge. I went to get my plates installed, you then asked to get in the car and have me drive you next door—very weird. Another red flag. The catalytic converter became an ongoing issue in February, you specifically told me that the catalytic converter issue has nothing to do with me and it just comes with normal driving. YOU said it had nothing to do with me, which I agree considering I’ve only gone from A to B with the car. The catalytic converter was over $1000 and I still have to pay a mechanic to install a new one which is also costly; that's putting me out of nearly two grand. I feel ripped off and instead of “rectifying” you’re arguing. People driving off the lot with your vehicles experience problems shortly after and the reviews are clearly after a purchase. You know what you did wasn’t right, own up to it.

I had recently got a 2014 Chevy captiva from Brian , and the experience was great. Very informative, and efficient. He was very polite and checked up on me about two weeks later to make sure everything with the car was ok. Great customer service.

We had been looking for a week after our car had been totalled. It was clear as we talked with Brian that he was really concerned about meeting our needs and would stand behind his vehicles. We loved our 2017 Kia Soul because it wasperfectly refurbished and drove solidly. We didn't take it on a freeway but when we did we noticed a small flapping noise near the driver's wheelwell. We took it back when the plates arrived, he installed them had his mechanic fix the problem immediately, no charge as he had promised. This is a very reputable car sales. Buy your car here for sure!!!

I bought an 2016 Hyundai accent here in December and the entire process has been smooth : the car has no issue and is really clean for the price. Brian was very helpful in explaining everything and get me an insurance (as a foreigner the process was tough).I recommend driving the extra miles to get a car in good condition and cheaper than the Austin market
