“Had Fantastic Floors do our lower floor. Removal of tile and replacement with new tile to blend in with a previous install. About 1,600 sqft. The job took about 6 days, but the results were well worth the price and effort. Superb blending with existing floor and very good attention to detail. The install team did a fine job. Wade Matthews was invaluable in the sales process and the follow-up to finish the job. He came by several times to assure all was going according to plan. The only hiccup was a cracked window as a result of the tile demolition, but Mazz took care of that to our full satisfaction. Would use them again.”

“When we purchased our home, we were not living in Tx and they were very helpful in shopping for flooring for our new home. The install was before our arrival—and after the home was professionally cleaned. There was sawdust in several areas seen by our realtor the day after the installation. When we arrived, we called the company to come out after seeing several holes in the ceiling. They did, and said it was not in the area where the floor was installed. Having been in the car for a wk with an infant and toddler relocating, we said ok. The damage however was not near the outdoor terrace as they said, and was caused by the installation and not handled responsibly. While they are experienced, would expect to have had it cleaned up if not taken responsibility for.”
