I went here for the first time last week for a pedicure. My experience was very good. The nail technician did an excellent job. They are under new management and the interior has been updated with new decor, chairs and equipment. I recommend going here for a great pedicure and good prices too.

Do not fall for the 20% off. The quality is horrible, that’s why it’s discounted. Went here the other day to have my acrylics removed and get new ones. To start she PRIED my old acrylics off. I even told her it hurt and she kept going anyways and giggled and said sorry when I told her it hurt. Then she soaked my friends off, left her soaking for 30 minutes. She applied the base for my new set and I didn’t see anything that looked too bad, till they painted them. My fingers were also covered in nail glue, and her fingers even started to stick to mine. The color was not the color I picked, I chose a pastel blue cat eye and got a very vivid blue, I tried to trust the process I thought maybe it would cure different but it did not. My nails were bumpy along the ends, my ring finger was obviously shorter than the other fingers, my pointer finger was longer than the rest and crooked, my middle finger wasn’t even cut straight and they were THICK- and this is just my left hand I’m talking about. I started crying because these were not at all what I wanted and I was panicking because they were so so sloppy. I believe it was the owner who applied the base and one of the guys applied the paint. The owner comes back over and asks me what’s wrong, I told her they were messy, not smooth, not the color I asked for. She asked what I wanted to do to fix them and I said I didn’t even know where to start, there’s no fixing this. She starts raising her voice at me, then starts raising her voice at my friend who also got her nails done. She told my friend i’m confused and I don’t know what I want. She attempted to “smooth” out the ends after I told her they were bumpy and nothing changed, they were still bumpy. I eventually told her just remove them because they were hideous and I could not leave like that. She throws her stuff down and leaves me for another customer in the middle of removing the color. One of the male nail techs come over and he removes them, he was so kind and I’m very grateful that he got those off for me, plus he soaked them off which was nicer than the prying that she did. We get up to leave, my friend pays and we turn to walk out. She throws her stuff down at the other customer and insists that I need to pay. I told her I had nothing done, she did horrible and I cannot pay for her services. In the end after she shouted at me and my friend I paid $15 for removal of my original set just to get her to leave me alone. Yes I paid $15 for her to rip acrylics off my fingers and thinking back I should have mentioned that she didn’t even soak them but I was so upset that I just had to get out of there. End of the story, don’t waste your money or your time, that whole experience was THREE hours- for just my friend and I to get our fingers redone. Other places we’ve gone have been an hour to an hour and a half tops. Owner is incredibly rude and does not know how to run a business or maintain happy customers, however the other nail techs all seemed very very nice.

staff felt a little hostile and even unsure of processes. my nail tech left me sitting at the station waiting for about 30 mins before starting on my nails. my nails felt like they were drilled a little low. manager/ owner seemed very hostile and ended up raising her voice at my friend and i. i had three different nail techs work on my nails over the course of my three hour visit, and the last one was very kind and finished my nails beautifully.
won’t be back but i appreciated the work he did.
