If I could I would give minus zeroes for this location. Untrained staff who seem to have no clue on processes, and rude way to speak on top of it. The assistant manager couldnt even bother to tell how long a wait I have to notarize and this after waiting 40 minutes. I left and I will now look into moving my account to a different bank

Questions about an auto loan, but from the receptionist to the branch manager, this location is just the worst. I would avoid it disrespectful rude bad customer service.

My son and I went in today to open his first checking and savings account. First, when I called less than an hour before they closed, they still told me I could come in, and we ended up having to stay well after they closed to finish, without feeling rushed. They took their time explaining the account and the app to my son and made sure he was 100% set up before we left. Customer service can sometimes be lacking now a days, so it is refreshing to find multiple people within the branch that were overly helpful, respectful and friendly.
Really appreciated the experience after a long day at work and rushing to get to the bank to get this done for my son.

If there was Zero that would be it. Obviously this branch is terrible and eventually going to loose so many business accounts.
Nothing works and the Branch Manager omg terrible beside manners and horrible customer service. DAVID ROMERO VICE PRESIDENT / BRANCH MANAGER is not doing his job at all. How does he get this position. Worst chase ever and guaranteed because of this guy they will loose so many accounts in the future.
Do not go to this chase is you bank with them.
Thanks for the horrible and bank customer service this morning David Romero .
This guy also has so many bad reviews this guy needs a new career/ job.

I do not bank here, but my mother did. I have had the absolute best experience with customer service and support every time I step foot in this branch. I would like to especially recognize Jamie McNutt for all of her continual support, knowledge and always going out of the way for her customers. She literally has me thinking about switching banks. Thank you!

Doesn't value customer time just because we walked in. Didn't bother to mention it could take a long time (possibly over an hour) because they have back to back appointments.
Their business conversion manager (Michael whatever) is happy to keep chatting nonsense in the relationship banker's cube for 25 minutes and blocked her for 40 minutes because that customer had an appointment. That banker could have helped us if they focused on wrapping up actual work and Michael did his relationship building in his own cube or space assigned to him.

This branch has gone downhill over the years. After waiting almost an hour to speak with a banker about opening an account, I ended up making an appointment to meet with one instead. Showed up 15 minutes early to my 1pm appointment and checked in with our banker who said he would be right with us. Another customer walked in while we were waiting and said she didn’t have an appointment but needed to submit some paperwork to open an account. Our banker took this customer to his office and asked if we wanted any water while we waited. What? I asked him why she was being seen before us and his answer “because your appointment isn’t until 1”. Shame on me for having an appointment I guess. I don’t recommend this location.

Walked in, filled out my form and got my withdrawal. Nice people, and fast! You need to go to back left, the service counter is a bit hidden if you are not looking for it.

worst customer service I have ever experienced. If you call this branch never picks up. No voice mail no nothing. Message says were too busy to talk to you and call us back. I have called 50 times and have never had someone pick up
You go in the bank and theres half a dozen bankers doing nothing

Here's a picture of David Romero, Branch Manager, calling the cops on me to force me to leave the branch instead after saying I was attacking his employees by stating that their employee was incompetent based on actions that are absolutely Non-arbitrary. Actions he apologized for initially. Her incompetence also led her to have David tell me the check I was attempting to cash was not possible because the person who wrote the check has insufficient funds (false, NOT arbitrary) which led to an extremely uncomfortable conversation with my employer because David Romero's negligence led me to believe it as truth, as well as cost me immense mental anguish as well as no recourse to receive my funds in a reasonable time frame that will prevent me from incurring more debt, leading to more financial disparity. This is the most insane thing I've dealt with in a LONG time, if not EVER. Unfortunately for him, his employee's incompetence is a direct reflection of his inability as a manager to ensure every employee is trained properly, as well as understands and can convey/process company policy in a competent and diligent manager. When I pointed out I had recorded audio of our interactions he doubled down on the trespassing issue while actively picking up the phone to call the cops while telling me I was threatening him.
Should I post the recordings on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, FB, or all of the above? These fools negligently endorsed a check they refused to cash from a Chase account, for me, a Chase member, while stating I just need to deposit it, yet refused to tell me if funds were available or when they could be available. I pointed out that I felt extorted to process a check that might not be available and would prefer to cash the check elsewhere if they aren't able to provide a reasonable ETA without processing it. Unfortunately, she still negligently endorsed it leading it to be useless outside of a Chase deposit even though her and a coworker assured me it was still valid to cash elsewhere. When attempting to cash the check I was treated as if I was trying to pass a fraudulent check due to her incompetence every where I went. Here I am holding the bag with no available funds due to these gross incompetence by multiple employees, including David himself, as well as now a possible riff between myself and the hand that feeds me because David Romero decides to listen to respond rather than understand and negligently informed me that there was insufficient funds in my employers account, leading me to believe I was written a hot check for my hard earned labor. I hope everyone enjoyed Easter because I sure didn't, solely due to the negligence of this branch manager, David Romero, and his inability to comprehend what it takes to properly train MULTIPLE branch staff employees, among many other problems.

Polite, but they have me the run around as a non-customer when I tried to cash a check from one of their business clients.
