Two bankers , one currently not working on anything because the customer she has doesn’t have the proper work needed to open the account, I on the other hand have all the paperwork needed but I have to wait for the customers associate to go home get the paperwork and come back. Thumbs up on that selection. “The teller will be able to help you out with that”

Navpreet is the absolute BEST at her job! She’s made the banking process so easy for us. She’s extremely friendly, well spoken, and welcoming. You can tell she enjoys her job and doesn’t mind taking the extra time to do things correctly. By the time she was done helping us, my husband and I felt like she was practically our friend! We love our bank!

Upon arriving to the bank the worker unlocked the door and immediately turned her back on us and let the door slam in our faces. After walking inside there was no greeting and the staff asked very rudely if we were looking for something and seemed put out by our being there. We have had our accounts with chase bank for well over 30 years and are considering changing banks because of the constant rudeness of employees. While the entire staff was rude and unprofessional, I have noticed the main lady who was the issue has already been written poorly about in prior reviews. Do better Chase.

Very disappointed with this bank. I walked in to consult about an account. There was no one in the lobby waiting and two reps in cubicles - alone. The woman who I believe was the manager asked it if I had an appointment? I asked if I needed one? She said she had a meeting in 5 minutes but took me to a cubicle where she remained standing, clearly not wanting to spend any time on this. She gave me brief feedback on my question and started walking like she was leaving. I asked her if she needed to go, could I talk to someone else? She finally brought me to another rep - alone at her desk- who also told me I needed to make an appointment. I told her this response was upsetting and the question wouldn't take longer than 15 minutes. She then said, “Well, I have 15 minutes” implying that was all. I’ve been with Chase for over 40 years and never experienced this level of indifference before. The bank was not busy and no one else was in the lobby. Managers/employees can dress up and look professional but it means nothing without care for your customers. Clearly they did not want to be inconvenienced by a walk
-in customer. I actually called Chase Customer Service to complain but the wait was too long. So glad I thought to review here.

Me and my dependent (college student) son were at the Cypress Creek location and we met Abha Singh. We had to get a new account opened for him. We could not do it online at home as Chase site errored out consistently on 3 different laptops owned by 3 different family members. We drove to the bank as it was less than 5 minutes from where we live. Abha asked for 2 IDs from my son and we had shown his license and passport. In addition, she asked for other bank debit card which she never used for any validation. The account was opened, however she wanted my son to install Chase app on his phone and show him some other setup. There was network issue and my son could not login to the app. He said its ok and can take care of it by himself. I too was not interested in spending any further time at the bank, because we spent 40 minutes (including driving to/from bank) which we should have been able to do in less than 5 minutes at home. However, she was adamant and kept insisting him asking him to login to the app. I interjected and she seemed to be unpleased by that. My son said we have other things to take care of. She kept on asking about my son's college details, his internship, if its paid and it appeared she was trying to be nosy rather than any kind of goodwill or so. She had a blank face all the time, though she was polite in her conversation (learn to smile a bit). I generally do not write negative reviews, however those working in bank branches need to understand the importance of customer service. If a customer is not interested in things you have to offer, you need to be mindful of this. Already lot of bank branches are closing down and jobs are at stake. My son was aware of using a banking app more than 7+ years back since he got his first bank account. I am giving one star as Abha Singh did fulfill the need of opening a bank account. It is 2024 and felt like my life went 20 years back in that 30 minutes in the bank.

I usually never write reviews but Abha Singh provided the worst customer service experience I ever had. She was condescending and upset by the fact I came in person to open a bank account. My father who came with me who already has a Chase account had a few questions about opening my account. She ended up yelling at him for asking questions and suggested calling online rather than coming in person. As a CSR, the least you can do is provide customer service to your customers. If I could post a 0 star review, I would.

I've been a customer for more than two decades, and the service I encountered on April 1, 2024, by Cermaintha, a bank teller, was the most disappointing I've ever had within the banking industry. There was no greeting, and her demeanor was curt, unprofessional, and unhelpful. Even when I reached out to the onsite bank manager, Abha Singh, the level of customer service did not improve. It became evident that providing exceptional customer service is not a priority at this branch. Take your money and run.
