Used to bank with Chase years ago. Had problems with them holding onto transactions for a couple days until they got in bigger items then re-orchestrated their deposit dates in order to draft me with a horrendous number of overdraft fees. Couldn't find anybody willing to do anything about it so I close my account. Went back a decade later. Can't say things have improved. All customer service is outsourced. You're lucky, if you understand the person you're talking to on the phone. Service inside the branch is on a whim. If they have a policy in place, and they don't like the way you look or they are having a bad day then they can choose not to help you based on you, not being able to verify who you are Even if you presented them with a state ID. For example, if you lose your phone and you go in there asking to make a change to your account just your ID is not acceptable. They will asked to text you a message for verification and if you do not have your phone with you and or you have lost it you're out of luck. The person behind the counter is train to tell you know if they don't feel like you are trustworthy Bank fees or 1299 a month. This is if you don't have direct deposit. If you work for yourself, or you work for a company that does not offer direct deposit, then you will have to pay that monthly fee. You really are paying for the privilege of having the ability to get money from your employer by using this bank.

Horrible!!!! I drove 30 mins to cash 2 checks that are Chase accounts and they wanted $10 per check to cash. Ridiculous!!!! This is why we switched banks. They charge for everything!!!!!

Stopped in yesterday for help with a fraud issue. I have always had fantastic help at this branch from Chris, so I go in to this branch to see him. He wasn't available, so I saw Rochelle instead. Worst mistake ever. She was incredibly smug and acted like she was doing me a HUGE favor, kept on telling me how long it would take, made me feel like I was wasting her time, and was very rude. It was the absolute worst service I have ever had at this branch or at any bank. I have been with Chase for 30+ years and she was, by far, the rudest most inconsiderate banker I have ever had with them. She made me feel terrible and I left without achieving anything other than feeling crap over this experience. So much so that I never want to go in this branch again because of her. When I asked her if her manager was there, she wasn't even that bothered- implying that I was the problem. That was the final straw for me. I hope someone from this branch sees this and talks to her about it so it doesn't happen to anyone else. I wonder if she is only there because they are short-staffed and they are desperate for help? It is the only reason I think she is there because, if she treats all of her customers this way, Rochelle should not be in customer service- her attitude speaks volumes about how much she hates it.

Background - ATM has 5 cars and 1 car in the drive-through. I decide to do a Business transaction in the Business window. I pulled up and state I want to do a deposit. I hand over my information for the transaction. 10 plus minutes later my transaction was complete. The 5 cars in the ATM line plus 3 others had gone through and the other car in the drive through bay. They have 3 drive through bays. The part being slow, but me having to overly verify who I was. The subtle hint of bias was definitely shown during this transaction. I long for the day that race is not an issue, but my treatment was more than a normal transaction. This was a simple cash deposit in my mind, but turned for whatever reason through the drive through area.

The worst of the worst as far as Chase banks go in the area. Zero common sense, zero financial aptitude and zero personalities lead us to nearly pulling almost a dozen accounts from these turds. BofA did get the largest two....AVOID!!!!!

While this location isn't the cleanest, it definitely makes up for it in service. Upon arrival I was greeted by Christopher who was actually helping another customer. He made my 30 minute wait very bareable by assuring me he would help me after his current customer. While helping me he had a smile on his face the whole time. Superb service from such a lovely man.

Super awesome experience! I walked in and was helped by Matthew right away. Very comfortable atmosphere, and Matthew was incredibly friendly and helpful.

I moved from New Jersey one year ago, transferring all accounts from Chase to this branch. I am in often and always am greeted with a "hello How can we help you today?" My banker David is wonderful, very efficient, always giving personal service. It is the service I had hoped to find and couldn't be happier.
