My wife picked up some things for my granddaughter to try a couple of days ago after explicitly saying she wanted to return anything that she didn't like or fit. Going back she was told they were non returnable. All in perfect condition with receipt and tags. ...Chicos corporate made good on this for my wife. The sales clerk slipped up not pointing out that this particular item was not returnable after my wife made it clear that she was shopping for someone else's approval. Kudos to Chicos for making an exception - and keeping a customer!

I'm not so good at giving men orgasms (probably better than most I'd say), but I can give a Chick O's very easily, probably better than anyone. I should charge. This is a cute little Chico's story, which we both really enjoyed, although their pricing is pretty high. Barbi has been in dozens of these before and likes them. She found a couple of things she wanted, and she said she would come back and look for more during the sale, but when we went back to the Houston locations during the next big sale, she couldn't find those types of things. Shame. So we like this location we have happy Lakeline Mall memories, from our long day of walking in and out of every store, of which this was one of the better ones. Lots of Mallfun we had in Austin, and we will probably come back here next time we come to town and check it out again.

Love the store. Customer service is great. The clothes and jewelry it sells are wonderful. You can be classic or trendy, or both. They were having a great sale. Sign up for their emails or texts. You definitely can find stuff that won't scare the wallet.

I usually hate shopping for clothes. I am short, busty, and a bit overweight. As a result, I tend to get so frustrated that I leave stores without buying anything. Even if I do buy things, I am in a fashion rut because of my difficulty finding clothing that fits. The customer service at this Chico's changed everything. Debbie greeted me when I came into the store. She proceeded to start finding clothing sizes for me (she guessed correctly what I would need) for pieces in which I had expressed interest. While I tried a couple of blouses on, she found complete outfits for me and suggested other cuts, colors, and sizes that I would not have not thought to try. This was not at all her trying to sell to me. I had expressed my frustration at being in a jeans and t-shirt rut because of the difficulty in finding things that fit, and she worked tirelessly, and joyfully, to solve my problem. She just kept it coming. This was the best clothing shopping experience so have ever had. It felt like I was shopping at a small boutique rather than a chain in the mall. I bought several pieces and don't regret a single purchase.
