It's really nice having a small theater to go to where you can relax and enjoy a movie on the big screen. The Cinemark is nestled among many boutique local businesses and popular retail destinations giving it the feel of a small and safe community space with various entertainment options for anyone.

This is our neighborhood theater and we are so lucky, it is in a beautiful shopping center the theater itself has just been redone and looks beautiful and it shows all the good stuff.

This is our favorite theater. Recently though the seats I have gotten do not recline. I think there should be a way to know which seats do not recline and they should be cheaper seats because it's not very comfortable.

Staff are nice and helpful. Movie theater is very clean and appreciate the air conditioning in the Texas Summer heat. Snack selection has really grown with chilled treats, icees, and even more candy selections.

Cinemark Theatre has done an excellent job at maintaining a great clean comfortable place to go watch a movie. Customer service is excellent all across the venue. I have been going there since they opened every once and a while and their quality has never gone down.

This theater was okay, until they started replacing all the seats with D box seats. Now if you want to see a movie, two tickets are going to cost you roughly 50$.
Ya... No thanks.

Customer service is absolutely garbage with Cinemark and this location. The app rarely works and this location has stopped serving the popcorn salt per management to save money??? The round rock location still has the popcorn salt and much better service so I’m taking my business there.

One or two years ago, I informed the staff that the sound level in the theater was excessively loud compared to other cinemas. Yet, nothing has changed — the volume remains just as overwhelming. The same issue persists at Cinemark 20. Either the person responsible for sound calibration is hard of hearing, or they’re trying to drive Cinemark into bankruptcy.
