Horrible experience! I tried to use the restroom on 04-21-25 and I was told as soon as I pulled on the unlocked restroom door by a manager that someone was in the restroom by the store manager. He lied because he did not want me to use the restroom because I was black. He said it so mean and nasty to me. I purchased coffee in the store. Racism does not stop in Austin, Texas. It is real here in Austin.

I’ve gotten three fountain Dr peppers this week without carbonation. Told the employees and he didn’t even fix it just charged me. Soda shoulda come out flat from the foutain, they’re not putting it on the machine correctly and they don’t even care.

Arrive at this location at 3:30ish am 2 employee cars in lot or 2 abondoned vehicles and yet a sign on the door that says temporarily closed waited over 30 mins figured it might be lunch time for their overnight staff i would love it if the bussiness owners could update their hours of operation for the store as i drove 10 mins out of my way to come to this store after 30 mins ended up leaving without what i came for

I come during regular hours. I don’t expect stuff open 24/7 nowadays. Customer service is great and people attending are always super nice. Glad I see this place often. People reviewing before are mad about the 24-7 policy and more. I luckily use this just as it is, a convenience store and nothing more than that. I dunno, good store when you come at regular hours

I really do like Circle K's mostly because they have Dr Pepper zero on tap. This particular Circle K has really good sodas. Large selection of sodas if Dr Pepper is not your thing. Easy in and out large parking lot. Plenty of parking, 10 gas pumps and everyone also offers diesel. Sadly they do not offer ethanol free fuel. The people who work here are great. They are friendly and nice. I enjoy stopping here going to work and headed home after work. They have a self check out. Will you be set what you want on the scanner and it will charge you. I personally do not trust that technology and I definitely don't trust it when it comes to me paying money. So go to the cashier and say hello.

Any store that charges their vendors for a cup of ice after the driver makes a delivery can keep their cups of ice and can lose all of my business. No worries over here, I’m happy to buy my thousands of dollars worth of diesel somewhere else every month.

I'm going to go to the 7-Eleven which is actually open 24 hours. I can't give no more than one star. I didn't go inside. I don't know if they're good

I used to come here all the time. The staff was awesome. The assistant manager now is so rude. I hope I don't have to come back for some reason. It's the closest station to my house but I don't ever want to be judged and talked down to by that man ever again. He was so rude and acted like he was on a high horse and trying to rush me through the self checkout. Maybe he should ring people up instead of standing over the self checkout.

Great prices and friendly staff but if we're gonna close at 3am for inventory then how about we atleast out a sign or update our hours of operation. So I get it, it's an unusual time but at that point how many customers do you get that they inconvenience you to have to put the store in lock down? Seems ridiculous.

They do not honor nor accept the Shell card when they sell and advertise Shell gas .

Lowering previous review to 1 star. Easy pay "club" option means I and you get charged more at the pump. This is the same reason that Randall's grocery store has been slowly dying in this state whe HEB thrives. I won't be filling up on 35 gallons of diesel at a time here anymore, Nor shopping for my everyday convenience items.
