Today to get my 3rd’s and they don’t look right…. when I got my seconds at the RoundRock Outlet the worker told me to take my earrings out to make sure spacing is correct and that I could see them more clearly, this time I asked the worker 4-5 times and she said that I didn’t need to.. Turns out I should do it before I go in because not only are my 3rd’s WAY closer to my 2nd’s there not even!! I called 4 times with no response, while saying there open on the website. Go to the RoundRock Outlet instead for better treatment and to get it done right.

There was 1 singular employee working alone on a Sunday @ 3pm. She was handling all walk-in piercings while helping every single customer who needed to be checked out/had questions. She said the employees who were supposed to come in at 1pm & at 3pm didn’t show up. But she was still so sweet and kind despite this. I had scheduled an ear piercing online same-day, and she told me she had already done ~20 piercings between 12-3pm. Ofc she could’ve been exaggerating, but either way. She wasn’t even complaining about working alone, she only mentioned her co-workers no-showing once i brought up the fact that she shouldn’t be here all alone. She made my day, i wish there was more i could’ve done to help her out because we’ve all been there. Ik sometimes there’s not much u can do to prevent no-call no-show situations like this, but employees who are satisfied w their pay & working conditions are much more likely to show up for work and/or communicate about availability. Idk seems like Claire’s is heading down a similar path as Michael’s. Just treat ur employees better and they’ll actually wanna work and then people won’t think ur store as always being crazy and never having enough employees

Just had the best ear piercing experience with my little girls at this Claire's. The woman working couldn't have been more sweet, patient, and gentle. Her name started with a G I think. Thank you Claires!

I would love to give this place 0 star if I could, this place is a joke.I went to this Claire's location on Sunday June 4th for my daughter's ear piercing but was busy and long line, one of the staff told me that I need to make an appointment so I decided to go on Wednesday the June 7th at 2pm This morning the June 7th around 1pm I got notifications that my appointment still on, see the picture above. My daughter and I went there at around 1.56pm but the store was closed for lunch break, and they will be open at 3.10pm. Seriously The lady ( one of the staff ) came to the door, I told her I made an appointment at 2pm, she said "I'm on my break, you can come back at 3.10pm" Are you kidding me? I said "no, I have things to do, if you closed at 2pm why you guys put me on the list at 2pm?" She said " I can reschedule you" what the f@@@@@k I said " NO" I asked her what is your manager name? Because I need to complain about this situation, She said Tiffani. Well... hello Tiffani, please fix this problem or you will going to lose a lot of customers, this is not ok, not cool at all. Really bad customer service!!!! Please everyone stay away from this Claire's location, What a big Disappointed!!!

Never again! Heartbroken! Took the day off of work to get my daughters ears pierced on her birthday. Brought her and all her friends to the mall only to find out that they weren’t doing piercings “Today”!We went to Lovisa by the food court instead and we were treated wonderful. They saved the day when Claire’s failed us!

I came here 2 times I've gotten ignored both times. I tired to make conversations the ladys that work in the store ,the lady looked at me and rolled there eyes. I guess I'm not the right color. I work just like anyone else I make my own money. Very very disappointed. Because of my color I get ignored . But if I walk around and look they'll give me attention then. Sad world we live in .what till you see God.

Don’t buy anything online from this store. I’ve placed an oder yesterday at 7pm and I went to the store today at 6pm the lady said I don’t have this order in the system. It should go through the system 24 hours.. THAT’S CRAZY I will cancel my order and never coming back here anymore!

This is a good store with friendly staff, but I'm giving 2 stars due to my experience with their jewelry. I bought some "titanium" earrings yet my ears were itchy/hot/sore within just a few hours of wearing them. I was suspicious that they may not be real titanium so I cleaned them with alcohol and put neosporin on to delay any reaction but it obviously didn't work. If you have sensitive ears or a nickel/alloy allergy, DO NOT buy their earrings.

I’m still shaking after just visiting this place today. My kids chose items that were 28$ according to their price tags, and the woman at the register tried to charge me 37$ (!!). I showed her the price tags (which were 10$, 10$ and 8$) and she changed the charge to 30$. After paying I looked at the receipt and saw that she still overcharged me by 2$, so I told her that, and she kept saying "it's the system, it's the system" and that there's nothing she can do about it. I feel cheated. I wonder if they overcharge everyone or am I just special?I will never buy there again.

Hey all, just wanted to share an experience, and recommendation.My son wanted ear piercing (hold your judgment) and he said, "everyone goes to Claire's, it is cheap and easy" So, I scheduled an appointment, showed up on time only to find the Lakeline store still had its gate down an hour after the scheduled opening. We waited, shopped a bit in The mall, and returned to find someone opening. She totally ignored us, lites the gate, entered and began closing the gate when I asked are you opening? She replied "at 12." I stated we had an 11:30 appt. She turned and went to the back. We then went to Shaman Modifications on 183. No appt., in/out/done in 20 mins. This is why you go to a professional for services. Please reconsider if you are thinking of using Claire's.

My daughter had her ears pierced there recently. The lady who pierced her ears was so kind and professional. My daughter was crying and scared. She said all the right things to calm her down. My daughter said, “I could really tell she cared I was scared and wanted to make me feel better.” So sweet!
