Took some rare vintage garments that were dry clean only that had some stains and smelled musty. They were unable to remove the stain which is understandable, but the musty smell still lingered after I had them dry cleaned here. Along with that, they shrunk a sequin, vintage top, making the shirt’s liner longer than the shirt itself. I do not recommend this place if you have specialty garments needing care.

The worse ! They had damage a very high end dress and they did even said sorry!!
The worst. Had some little spots and show them and they left with areas in the Italian linen !! Warning NOT a good dry cleaners !!

Recently moved to the cedar park area and looked up nearest dry cleaning. I had a pretty good experience with them a prior time. Took a linen dress that had inside pockets. They dry cleaned the dress but did not iron out the pockets. So when you put it on it has 2 bulges on the side. Went back again and they lost my dry cleaning. 3 linen items. They finally found them a week later and still charged me for the inconvenience. I will not be using them again. The customer service sucks and they half way do the job

I dropped off several Items to be dry cleaned, several came back with stains and most were wrinkled. The worst part is that one of my beloved items was not returned. I’ve left two detailed voice mail messages and still have yet to get a phone call back.

My recent visit to the dry cleaning store left much to be desired. Unfortunately, they lost my items and it took multiple attempts to locate them, causing me to make extra trips. The manager's response was lacking in empathy and I was disappointed by the lack of accountability and still wanted to charge me even though it was their mistake.
Additionally, the staff member who handled my items (younger guy with glasses) was very rude to me, closing the door on my car ver hard and not even saying a word. I was very patient and I understood things happened, but the way they treat it me was like if it was my mistake.
Very bad customer service, I would advise caution when considering using their services due to the risk of potential loss of clothes.

I just started using this dry cleaners. They are very courteous. The service is fast. My clothes look great. Only thing is my collars aren't ironed down so I'll see if they can make that happen. I'll pay extra if necessary. I am very happy with their services.

Friendly staff but no attention to details. Took my sport coat there, when I got it back, the right lapel was folded over creating a crease that took steam to remove. Slow down and do your job right…..

I think that I have been a loyal customer here at Smart Celaners since 2018, I tried them due to convenience of their location and fell in love with their service. It's true what they say, the old parable, "It takes one bad apple to spoil the entire batch". I arrived Saturday morning around 9ish and I was the first and only car in line for at least a minute. I saw a hispanic male sitting in office and it was at that time when a second vehicle arrived a pulled up behind me (all normal so far). The rep got up an started heading my ways o I rolled the window down and to my surprise walks out and walks right past my car. I saw a young girl in office (she was sitting as well). the guy goes to the car parked behind me and provide with service and walks back in without acknowledging my existence. He processed the order and waled right back out the the car to hand the ticket. At this point I am think that I was invisible. He walks back inside and at that time the young girl starts to walk my way but the guy clearly said something to her and she turned around and went back to sit down. Needless to say I never RECEIVED service. I felt discriminated and not a valued customer. So after watching this guy take off to go to the back, I salvaged some dignity by driving off. I went back, a couple days later and asked for the manager or owner and was advised by a young guy that he had just left. I told him what happen and he tried making every excuse int he book as to why I was treated so poorly, never extended an apology nor did he bother show empathy. I was expecting for him to ask for my contact number to pass along to the owner but nothing.

Poor quality of work, had to redo stains on color twice same shirts again and again. Same with my suit.
