As usual, I broke my frames on my glasses. Need a new pair quick and Clear Choice was on my Vision plan. So I drove over and dropped in. No appointment needed so I got an exam to see if my vision changed. Then I walked around looking for frames. Really not crazy about any of them. Finally picked one that wasn't that bad. Oh, I should say everyone who worked there was helpful and friendly. Once I picked frames, I sat with a woman who took my order. Told her I needed them quick. Normally it takes about 2 weeks, they were able to get it in one week. My insurance covered all of it so no charge to me.

The BEST eye care in north Austin! From checking-in to picking out glasses everyone is extremely helpful, friendly, and efficient. Shoutout to Katelyn, Brittney, Henry, & Dr. Adkins! My husband & i feel so welcomed here every time we both come in. This place is always super clean & spotless! My husband broke his glasses & they gave him temporary ones & got his lenses QUICK! Anyone that has anything negative to say is clearly wrong & entitled. These guys are the BEST and the real deal not a “scam”. I HIGHLY recommend 10/10!!

Absolutely no complains: fair price for an excellent service. Everyone I talked to was nice and patient. They didn’t try to push unnecessary services or products. I got what I needed and didn’t leave feeling ripped off like in other places.

Dr. Adkins is the BEST!! I felt super comfortable the entire time and let alone it was my first eye appointment I've had since I was a teen. I am 28.. I now found out that I had a stigmatism and they fixed me up and my glasses ready quicker than I was expecting. Choices of frames are extravagant! Best eye care hands down!

We have been to this location several times. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. It's a nice clean facility with a great selection of frames. They are quick to get your eye exam done and help you pick out the right frames for you. I am sure we will come back repeatedly.

This place is a hidden gem. They have such a nice variety of glasses, and it made me happy to see they stock glasses for all budgets and face sizes. They had glasses as low as $50, and they were actually quite nice. They also carry a nice selection of frames for wide faces or people with high cheek bones - a rarity. Harry was our salesperson, and he went above and beyond to help us. He explained to us how frame sizing works, and showed us what size was best for our faces. No one has ever done that before, and it was so helpful! When we picked out our frame, he spent time to make sure we knew what we were getting, and he explained line-by-line what we were paying for. I really appreciated the transparency and thoroughness. He even fixed my husband's broken nose piece on his current frame, so that he wasn't uncomfortable while waiting for his new pair. The customer service and selection was so good that we are considering getting our exams there, too. It's such a nice store with excellent customer service!

If I could give zero stars I would! DO NOT GO HERE! THEY ARE A SCAM! They waited until my exam had began to disclose crucial information regarding my insurance coverage, did not send me proper paperwork or confirmations regarding my appointment because they didn’t ask for my email at time of booking. They also completely misread my insurance coverage and tried to have me pay out of pocket. THEY ARE MONEY CHASERS! Completely unprofessional and rude while dealing with customers.

Go here for your glasses. Had my exam 6 months ago and they easily used my new prescription to get me a new pir of glasses. A week later I have my glasses, got fitted and was on my way. Go see them.

For two years we have been customers with Clear Choice Eye Care on Whitestone. Service had always been good and staff friendly. However, I have to seriously warn people not to see DR. Tran. She has made several mistakes on my daughter's prescription and now on mine. I went to get a pair of glasses from a different store and I need progressive lenses. The prescription was not written that way even though the doctor wrote a prescription for my bifocal contact lenses. She new I needed a progressive eye glasses prescription. I called, talked to Harry. He refused to work me into the schedule at a time that was convenient for me. Even though he said it wouldn't take long to see the other doctor and get the correct prescription. That's now how you treat customers especially when it was not my fault. He was rude and short with me and wouldn't budge. He just kept saying "I can't just create and appointment". I say, yes you can. If you really want to help someone when YOU have made the mistake you can work someone into the schedule. I've had other doctors do that. Take 10 minutes out of your hour and a half lunch. Ridiculous. But when a doctor cancels on a patient or is late to an appointment we just have to deal with it and get charged fees. We will NOT be returning to Clear Choice Eye-care due to this experience. You should want to help when this mistake was yours.

The people who work here are very nice but the doctor is not doing a good job of eye testing.I am not sure but my glasses are still not working and I am so disappointed. I have to spend $200 again to get the glasses. Initially I thought they could not make progressive right but my bifocal did not came right either.

Had the best experience. Needed to get in and out bc I start work at 10. Appt was at 9, they took care of me immediately and I was out the door, frames ordered and everything by 9:30am. Too notch experience and loved the light, friendly positive vibe.

Will recommend this place to friends and family. The staff is super nice and very helpful. My daughter needed her eyes checked and we saw Dr. Tran. We ended up getting glasses the same day. We didn’t have to wait long and saw the eye doctor shortly after our arrival. It was nice and clean and had a area for little ones too. Will be coming back again and can’t wait to see the glasses my kid ordered.

A great place to go for your eye care! Harry, the manager, is very accomodating & friendly, always cares about his customers, which means a lot. The doctor is great also! I'll continue to come for years & years & recommend my family & friends! They helped me with my contacts when another company messed them up & they have better deals than online contact companies!
