One of the worst tire center. If you are looking to save that 20-30$, kindly look for other option where you get better service. Without giving much information, they asked us to replace our tire and having faith with Costco brand, we pursued with replacing the tire. they put the spare tire and told us that the tire would be available next day. It has more than a week and every day they have next day ETA on the tire delivery. On top of that their appointment schedule suck big time. So save the headache and look for better tire service center.

I'm a lifelong Costco member and my wife and I both worked for Costco. We have always loved Costco, but I'll never buy tires from them again after dealing with this tire center. Tires are never repairable, they always find a way out of the warranty, and today was the cherry on top. I was told my tires hadn't been rotated so they couldn't warranty them. I said they had been rotated because we did this song and dance the last time I had to buy a new tire they couldn't repair. I was told that even if they rotate the tires it doesn't count unless the customer asks for then to be rotated... To end my wasted two hours they parked my car somewhere randomly in the back of the parking lot and didn't the me where. Find somewhere else to get your tires.

Don’t fall for the so-called “road hazard warranty” as is always impossible to prove that the tires were rotated every 5k miles. A simple inspection can tell you if the tires have been mishandled. Don’t fall for this scam

Do they even care?
(video is after tires balanced at Costco. The images of the tires were because they told me. I need a new tires, and that these were too worn out to rotate)
Went in for a usual tire rotation and balancing. Here are the results.
Appointment: 10 AM Opening
Wait-Time: 1:30:00
Results: no tires were balanced or rotated
Issue being is that they couldn’t remove one lug nut from one tire so they didn’t even try to remove any lug nuts from any of the tires.
They also told me that my tread depth was too great of a difference to be able to successfully rotate any of the tires
This is the fourth time I get crap from this location – they sent me to request services at another shop
They didn’t even fill the tires to a correct psi before returning the vehicle over to me. Driver’s front left tire was at 22 psi before I filled it up myself.
A total disappointment

Just terrible. This is the kind of service you get after spending $1300 on tires at Costco. They scratched every single wheel. And they were too lazy to rotate the tire around the rim to reduce the amount additional weight necessary, and just slapped a ridiculous number of weights.

Had a very good experience with changing my tires. Technician was very knowledgeable and gave me few options. It was easy with the appointment and everything was done within the given slot.

Horrible service, extremely poor customer service and avoid at all costs.
Went in today for a regular tire rotation and get a call after an hour that one of the lug nuts won’t screw in. It came out wobbly and won’t go back in. And they refused to fix it. Had to drive home with a missing nut which is dangerous.
After diagnosing the issue at another shop found out that they had destroyed the threading on the screw hole by forcing it with an air gun. To fix this I needed to change the entire hub and bearings which costs $600!
When I called them back they refuse to take any accountability for their mistake and ask me to come in and file an incident report.

Good place to get tires. Only draw back is they are very busy. If time is an issue try the Georgetown location.

Ugh. Useless. Had a nail in my tire that wasn’t even in the side well & they took 2 hours after I dropped it off just to call me and tell me it “wasn’t fixable”. Independent shop fixed it for 20$. Don’t waste your time if you have a flat lol

Had a positive experience with them, went to get my tired checked due to wobbly steering wheel. They are bit overloaded but all the technicians are working super efficiently. Had to wait a bit even with appointments but thats not the technicians fault.

The wife and I went in today. First they said the tires weren't in even though we had an appointment and I confirmed the tires had been delivered to the center. The guy at the counter said do you see your tires here while standing in front of about a thousand stacked tires. I thought he was joking and said I don't know how to find them I thought you would lol. The wife is starting to get pissed and the guy walks away.
Another guy walks up and says what seems to be the problem. I figured he was the manager. I told him about my appointment he says you just ordered these you have to wait for them to be shipped in. I chime in I ordered them two weeks ago and have confirmation they have been delivered and my appointment. Turns out he was just looking at today's date on the top left of him computer screen. I know this because he asked me behind the counter to show me what he can see.
Anyway he said he will go check for me. then the first guy walks back up and says you have to set up an appointment if you want service. My wife gets more pissed and Im starting to find this all kind of funny. She decided to go shop and leave me to the sales people. I tell him the other guy is going to look for them. He says Ill go find them.
The other guy comes back and tells me he found the tires then disappeared. The other guy then comes back with a huge attitude and said I told you you have make an appointment if you want service you standing there wont do anything. I tell him the other guy found them. He tells me no he didn't he would have seen them. He then disappears.
Then a customer came in furios they lost his lug nut key. I forget whats its called but he was so angry I just let the sales people deal with this guy. The sales people were saying we will call you if we find it. He was demanding they look for it now because he didn't want to leave without it. This guy was pissed. I stared to feel bad for the tire sales people.
Eventually the angry customer storms out. The guy who found my tires tells me to go park in the spot they pick the car up. So I start to walk towards the door and the other guy comes out and tells me again I need to set up an appointment. I tell him Im bringing my car around right now the other guy found them. He tells me NO he didn't. lol. I ask him to go talk to the other guy and give me a answer if they have my tires or not.
He leaves and comes back 10 minutes later and asks why I haven't moved my car to the service parking. I tell him because you just told me several times you don't have my tires the other guy has told me several times you do have them. I don't know who to belive.
He says you listen to ME I'm the only one who knows whats going on here. This is the same guy who told me three times he did not have the tires and I did not have an appointment. I'm just kind of dumbfounded and move my car.
I ask him about how long and he said were doing it right now so it shouldn't be long... Three hours later I get the call they are finished. I don't know if you have ever spent three hours in a Costco but its not fun.
For the love of god stay away from the costco tire center
